The training of civil servants entering the police is based on "People's Police Physical Fitness Test Standard". If one item fails to meet the standard in the assessment process, it will be unqualified and will be eliminated.
On-the-job training for civil servants and police includes police law, civil servant law, basic knowledge of public security, relevant administrative regulations, relevant provisions on honesty and self-discipline, relevant provisions on the management of firearms and police equipment, and relevant provisions on the management of police ranks. It usually lasts for 3 to 6 months. First-time police officers should receive systematic training, including professional knowledge, legal knowledge and practical skills.
