(1) The Master of Laws was originally a national unified examination major, and colleges with the qualifications to recruit Master of Laws jointly issued questions and unified marking. Master of law course inspection law course (Master of law basic course 150, criminal law, civil law 75 points each; LLM comprehensive course 150, the scores of jurisprudence, constitutional law and Chinese legal history are 60, 50 and 40 respectively.
