The second-level builder's continuing education needs to log in to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, click on the navigation bar of the builder's channel, enter the personal version of the builder's continuing education management system, and after online registration, go to the training unit to confirm the registration within the specified time.
The second-level constructor's continuing education mode is mainly centralized face-to-face teaching, and at the same time, the network education mode is explored. After passing the continuing education, the second-level constructor will issue a certificate of continuing education as proof of continuing registration. Continuing education is not qualified, and those who have not obtained the certificate of continuing education cannot continue to register as two-level construction engineers.
Organization and management of continuing education for second-level construction engineers: The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized two construction engineers to participate in continuing education.
Methods of continuing education for secondary construction engineers;
(1) registered professional construction engineers shall participate in continuing education for no less than 120 hours in each registration cycle, including 60 hours for compulsory courses and 60 hours for elective courses. Registered two or more majors, each additional major should also participate in 60 hours of continuing education in the added major, including 30 hours of compulsory courses and 30 hours of elective courses.
(2) If a registered architect engages in the following work and obtains the corresponding certificate within the validity period of each registration, part of the hours of elective courses of continuing education may be reduced. Within the validity period of each registration, the cumulative hours of continuing education elective courses shall not exceed 60 hours.
1) Participate in the compilation and proposition work of the national construction engineer qualification examination outline for 20 hours each time;
2) Engaged in the compilation of continuing education teaching materials for registered construction engineers, with 20 class hours each time;
3) The first author will spend 10 class hour for publishing academic papers on construction project management in publicly issued provincial and ministerial periodicals; Publicly published monographs and textbooks of more than 50,000 words, the first and second authors each count 20 hours.
(3) The continuing education of registered architects is mainly face-to-face. At the same time, to explore the way of online education, the professional lead department or the provincial department in charge of housing and urban-rural construction that intends to adopt online education should report the management measures and work plan to the department in charge of housing and urban-rural construction in the State Council for review, and be responsible for the training quality of online education.
(4) The certificate of continuing education for registered architects obtained after completing the required class hours and passing the examination is an important basis for the architect to apply for registration.
