She is an ordinary teacher in grade five of shangzhi city Hope Primary School. At this moment, I am honored to speak here on behalf of more than 1000 teachers trained by Quan Shangzhi for free. Facing the new content brought by the new curriculum reform, they still can't grasp the direction. They must update their educational concepts in time, improve their professional theoretical knowledge, understand and grasp the new teaching materials more accurately, and implement the new curriculum teaching with high standards and a high starting point.
