The staff of permanent institutions in Hong Kong shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council; 7. Organs of the Ministry of Health and directly affiliated units adopt the method of classified management of passports, and all directly affiliated units (including their subordinates and affiliated units) shall be responsible for the collection and custody of passports, and strengthen the registration and inspection of passports; 8. If he leaves his subordinate unit due to job transfer, his passport shall be recovered by the original unit and sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for destruction; 9. The holder must take good care of his passport and hand it over to the competent department of the unit in time after completing the task of going abroad. Generally, people going abroad can only hold one valid passport. If it is really necessary to hold a second passport due to special circumstances, the unit where the overseas personnel work shall write a written explanation.
