Six modules of human resources:
1. 2. Training, employees usually have induction training after they officially take up their posts, mainly training daily norms, corporate culture, strategies and basic information, as well as training job responsibilities.
3. Salary generally refers to the salary and treatment methods contained in the post itself, mainly including intangible salary and tangible salary, and the salary paid for employees. Among them, tangible salary includes welfare, subsidy, performance and basic salary, while intangible salary refers to the edification of corporate culture and the training of professional knowledge.
4. Performance, a comprehensive measure of employee post productivity. If the productivity is higher, you will get more performance bonuses. In the final analysis, it belongs to the incentive system formulated by enterprises, and the performance bonus scheme must be reasonable and scientific, otherwise it will not only fail to achieve the expected results, but may also be counterproductive.
5. Planning, the guiding ideology is the annual strategic planning of the enterprise, which is responsible for the norms of enterprise personnel development, mainly including the organizational structure and recruitment plan of the enterprise, and is also the basis of the human resources module.
6. Employee relations, mainly responsible for the management of enterprise employees, but also responsible for post adjustment, job transfer, resignation and entry.
