The construction project of Qingdao Software Science and Technology City currently under construction is the first talent training base in Qingdao High-tech Zone. It is planned to build 3,000 standard workstations, covering business incubation areas, training areas, independent software colleges and living facilities, with a construction area of 80,000 square meters, with a total planned investment of 2 1 10,000 yuan and a first-phase investment of 85 million yuan. According to the project schedule, the first phase of the project was capped in June, 20 14 and officially put into use in July, 20 15. By then, the cooperative university 1500 IT major will officially settle in, and the Whampoa Military Academy in the field of IT education will soon be born here.
After the project is finally completed, it can accommodate 3,000 students to practice at the same time, provide internship training services for 6,000 college students every year, and gather technical experts, teachers and professors. We will cooperate with Industry-University-Research in the base, introduce relevant enterprises, realize the linkage between teaching and enterprises, and become a public training service platform and business incubator for college students in northern China.
The QST youth training team has grown from the initial 20 or 30 people to more than 100 staff today, and the training scale has grown from the earliest 14 1 to nearly 2,000 people every year from Qingdao Software Park Base to industrial park construction of large-scale project bases. From the initial 40 cooperative enterprises to the employment network system of more than a thousand well-known enterprises at home and abroad.

In 20 14, QST Youth Training established an O2O online education platform to support the business operation of universities and enterprises, expand the business scope, and realize the replication of joint business and Sharp recruitment business model. The platform is planned to be developed at the end of 20 14 and put into use in 20 15.
