Excessive and advanced training, non-discipline training institutions engaged in discipline training and providing overseas education courses will all be sanctioned by law.

Investigate and deal with bad training problems.

We resolutely investigate and deal with the problem of bad training and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students. Off-campus training institutions are not allowed to organize disciplinary training on statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations, which is the provision of the Law on the Protection of Minors that we must abide by.

Teacher qualification and information disclosure

Training institutions are also not allowed to rob school teachers with high salaries. They must have corresponding teacher qualifications and publicize teacher information. We respect the personal information of every parent and student and ensure their safety.

Fees and standards

Fees and standards will be determined according to market demand, training costs and other factors, and will be subject to social supervision. Make full use of the "Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students" (model text), further improve the normalized investigation mechanism, improve the "black and white list" system, and ensure the healthy and orderly development of the off-campus training market.
