How time flies! It has been three years since I came to the company in an instant. In the past three years, under the training of the company, I have completed the role change from a student to an employee, and my working mentality, working state and adaptability have basically reached the corresponding requirements. First, the work of professional centers.

During my work in Electrical Technology Center, I participated in the arrangement of three standards, wind farm account and safety account. Finishing the wind farm ledger has given me a certain understanding of wind farms, knowing what tests are involved in wind farms, the installed capacity, installed capacity, fan model, number of hubs and so on of each wind farm. In the meantime, I learned to draw the wiring diagram of the primary system of the power plant, became familiar with the whole set of startup and debugging measures, and memorized the whole set of startup processes. The seniors never hesitate to teach us knowledge and answer our questions without reservation. This working environment has made me grow rapidly. The experimental time is tight, the task is heavy, and the scene of my predecessors working 20 hours day and night is vivid, which has been guiding my study and progress in electric power specialty.

The training content is divided into two parts: professional knowledge and practical operation, comprehensive quality knowledge and main business cognition. Professionally, I focused on two systems, OPEN3000 and D5000, and learned to make system wiring diagram and joint debugging of main plant and station. I learned the operation and management rules of electric power dispatching automation system, network and dispatching data network, data communication protocol, safety protection of electric power monitoring system, major anti-accident measures of State Grid Corporation 18, and the use of safety instruments and meters, which made me have a specific understanding of automation operation and maintenance specialty. What impressed me most about this training was the corporate culture promotion of State Grid Corporation of China. Corporate culture is the soul of a company. This training brings together new employees of State Grid all over the country and adopts semi-military management.
