Hangzhou Kang Hua Psychological Counseling Center is an earlier professional psychological counseling, psychological training and psychological evaluation service institution in Zhejiang Province. It is the cooperative management unit of Youth Hotline of the Youth League Committee 12355, and the first and only large-scale professional psychological consultation institution in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou. The secretariat of Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Psychological Counselors Association is affiliated to the center.

The center has strong technical support from experts such as China Mental Health Association, Institute of Psychology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Psychological Counseling Center of Beijing Normal University, Psychological Counseling Center of Zhejiang University, and Institute of Medical Psychology Teaching of School of Medicine of Hangzhou Normal University. Each team in the center consists of university professors, university lecturers, doctors, full-time psychological teachers and psychologists.
