I want to practice traditional martial arts. I only know a few tricks, but I haven't tried them.
One is blocking skills. I heard it's called Tai Chi Cloud Hand, and his hands draw circles on his chest. In some parks and community fitness areas, there are two large rotating discs, which probably means this. After practicing, you can subconsciously block, and it is very effective. General melee attacks can't hurt you.
Second, eagle claw strength, reduce nails, first use five fingers to do push-ups on the ground, and then change to three fingers, thumb index finger and middle finger, but personally think that practicing five fingers is enough. If you can do it easily, do it with a load, 1 year or more and then try it again, you can probably start beer directly with your fingers.
Third, lightness skill and speed. Stand on the edge of the steps, only one foot touches the ground, then tilt your feet, put them down until they can no longer be put down, and then stand up. I usually pedal hard with my feet when I walk, and I feel my calves pedal hard. After a while, your moving speed and jumping ability will increase, then you can try to jump on the wall and touch objects at high altitude, and then you can climb twice or three times in the future. I heard that I can fly over the wall in the future.
Practice more quality exercises, such as squats, leg lifts, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, and leg press (after sweating). When you have time, check other people's exercise methods online, see more people and find the one that suits you. In addition, it is suggested to learn Jeet Kune Do theory.
