I benefited a lot from this training. On behalf of everyone, I would like to talk about some understanding of this training. 1. Leaders at all levels attach great importance to training and carefully organize training. In this training, leaders at all levels attached great importance to the quality improvement project of computer managers, which deeply touched me. The training course and the life arrangement of each student are meticulous and thoughtful. During the training, the leaders of the Education Bureau personally came to our practice room to attend classes, which made us deeply feel that the leaders had high hopes for this training. 2. The training is of high quality and rich in content. In just one week's training, the county education bureau hired a well-known computer expert from the education field in our county to give us a wonderful lecture. Training courses cover computer room management and maintenance, network security management, information technology, subject integration and other fields. Every expert won the applause of all the students with vivid language and vivid examples. The wonderful and simple speech gave us a brand-new understanding, and many problems in our work were solved in the communication. It broadens teachers' horizons and improves their comprehensive quality. 3.
