The research and travel base of the park is invested and built by Bai Le Culture Investment Co., Ltd., located in Qiaokou Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha City, with a total planned area of 2.6 million square meters. The first phase investment is 654.38 billion yuan, and the development area is 65.438+0.5 million square meters, including the park area of 350,000 square meters. Since the opening of the park, it has been awarded the titles of "College Students' Employment Practice Base", "Special Animal Science and Technology Popularization Venue", "Primary and Secondary School Students' Extracurricular Activity Base", "Primary and Secondary School Students' Quality Education Base" and "Primary and Secondary School Students' Study and Travel Base" by the education and science and technology departments.

The park's research and travel base consists of three restaurants that can accommodate 2,000 people at the same time, a hotel that can accommodate 2,000 students, a training hall that can accommodate 2,000 people, 10 training rooms for dozens to hundreds of people with different specifications, an extended training ground with a lawn area exceeding 1000 square meters, and two training grounds with a lawn area of 1500 square meters respectively.
