Application conditions: anyone who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics, is engaged in project cost work, is under 60 years old and meets one of the following conditions, and can apply for the exam with the consent of his unit or school.

1. Engineering cost major: technical secondary school or above;

2. College degree or above, students who have studied for more than three years;

3. Other majors: technical secondary school or above, working for one year.
