1. Save the certificate of nursing examination in the form of electronic document in the computer, usually in PDF format. If there are only paper documents, you can take photos with a scanner or mobile phone and convert them into electronic documents.
2. Use appropriate software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to open the electronic document of nursing examination certificate. If necessary, the document can be enlarged, reduced, cut or rotated to ensure the printing effect meets the requirements.
3. Connect the printer to the computer through USB cable or wireless network, and ensure that the printer is correctly installed and set as the default printing device. Select the print option in the printing software to enter the print setting interface. Here, you can select the range of printed pages, print quality and paper type.
4. In the print setting interface, you can preview the print effect. Carefully check whether the layout, text and pictures of each page are displayed correctly, and adjust the printing settings as needed.
Materials and procedures for obtaining a nurse's license:
1. After passing the nurse qualification examination, print the nurse qualification examination report. According to the time and place stipulated by the local health bureaus, some places will issue nurse qualification certificates directly to hospitals, and some registered in schools will issue them to schools.
2. Preparation materials: the examination form of nurse's application for practicing registration, the identity certificate of the applicant, the applicant's academic qualifications and clinical practice certificate in professional study, the certificate of passing the nurse qualification examination, the medical institution designated by the health administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government's health examination certificate for the applicant within 6 months, and the relevant materials to be employed by the medical and health institution.
3. Submit the above materials to the hospital, and the hospital will register with the Health Bureau. Or submit the above materials to the practicing certificate of registered nurses of the Health Bureau. After successful registration, the Health Bureau will issue a nurse's practice certificate (the registration time varies from place to place, usually 2 months to half a year).
