Looking forward to information technology,1October 22nd, 10 led by Mr. Zhang from the Central School, 12 and his party came to Baiquan, Huixian County, and started a seven-day study tour-2.0 training of "National Training Plan (202 1)" information technology application ability improvement project. Affected by the epidemic, Southwest University hosted this training in Huixian. Diversified training forms: listening to special reports, interactive discussions, group discussions, key questions and answers, and displaying results. The study time is short and the learning gains are huge.
How can the canal be so clear? Come for the source of living water! The frontier of this information technology project not only made me experience a baptism of thought, but also injected fresh water into our education and teaching work. Through this training, I got to know and understand the information technology capacity improvement 2.0 project, which can be said to be fruitful and deeply touched. Here I will sort out my harvest as follows:
First, the first understanding of the project
Through this training, I know that the improvement of information technology application ability 2.0 is an independent, holistic and educational concept improvement. Among them, information technology 2.0 has five key words: school-based, classroom, application-driven, innovation-oriented and accurate evaluation. Pay attention to the cultivation of three abilities: the information leadership ability of principals, the information guidance ability of training teams and the information teaching ability of teachers.
Through this training, I know that this project covers three types of application environments: multimedia teaching environment; Mixed learning environment; Intelligent learning environment, * * * contains 30 ability points for everyone to choose from. Personally, I think that mixed learning environment and intelligent learning environment are the best way and choice for us to try to innovate when the hardware facilities meet the standards. If hardware facilities cannot be realized, multimedia teaching environment is the most suitable project for our school. The existing settings in our school belong to the configuration of multimedia teaching environment, such as computers and interactive whiteboards, which are suitable for the comprehensive popularization of information technology.
Second, the change of ideas.
We are in an ever-changing information age. Today's students are aborigines in the information society, and their way of thinking is different from ours. How to adapt to modern students? I used to think that PPT teaching in classroom teaching is the integration of information technology and classroom. This training has changed my cognition: information technology is not only a technical means, but also a learning method. Information technology is not only the object of study, but also the tool of application and an important means to improve the quality of education. Therefore, in teaching, PPT may not be used in the whole process, but it can provide effective learning resources for students' learning at certain difficulties or multiple points, such as PPT or micro-lessons, and promote students to use resources for learning; Create more interests and conditions for students to actively participate in learning. Therefore, teachers should master modern teaching methods and means, skillfully use information tools to effectively collect, integrate, reorganize and utilize resources, and finally use information technology to optimize our classroom teaching.
Third, the direction of efforts
The more you learn, the more you feel lack of knowledge. This study has benefited me a lot, and I really understand the new educational technology concept, and I have found many shortcomings of myself. With the east wind of this study, I internalized the knowledge I learned this time, actively studied information technology and tried to use micro-ability points to assist teaching, helping schools to promote information technology throughout the school. In the face of the whole school promotion of "Information Technology 2.0", I personally think that in the initial stage of improving informatization ability, we should first make a professional development plan for school informatization and teacher development on the basis of serious and objective analysis of our own technical status quo; Secondly, each teacher chooses the appropriate ability points; Then, through research and training activities, strengthen the application of technology in classroom teaching, and constantly improve teachers' information teaching ability. Finally, try to effectively integrate information technology with the classroom and optimize the classroom teaching mode.

In the future, I will continue my down-to-earth study, improve my personal information technology literacy, and strive to make information technology better optimized, integrated and serve the classroom!
