What is a shelf?
Question 1: What does the tag mean? In the production of clothing industry, before cutting clothes in batches, a pattern (paper plate) with the same width as the cut fabric should be drawn (spelled) on the special paper of the cutting bed. This is called frame, and it is also called painted skin in Beijing!

Question 2: What do you mean, the layout of clothing patterns is laid out from the marking rack in the most material-saving way and put on the cloth as the cutting basis?

Question 3: In the clothing industry, what is a shelf? Frame is actually a kind of plane distribution map of cut cloth, because the cloth shapes in different parts of clothing are different, and the cloth before cutting is a big rectangle, so how to make the cut cloth in different parts not more or less and save the cloth to the greatest extent? This requires reasonable arrangement and distribution according to the geometric shape of each piece of cloth before cutting, usually designed on paper first. This process is called marking arrangement, and the paper used is called marking paper, which mainly has two forms: manual and computer. When cutting, arrange the marks on the cloth and cut according to the lines on the marked paper.

Question 4: What does the computer logo holder do? Only for clothing factories. The holder of the manual mark is hand-made on paper, then placed on the cloth and cut with electric scissors. Computer marker racks are arranged on the computer, then printed and spread on the cloth, and cut with electric scissors!

Question 5: What is the meaning of "big goods colliding with the frame" in clothing production? It is a computer or hand-pulled cutting machine used to cut large goods. From small to large, the pattern of neat pattern, marking frame is to make full use of each bed cloth (no waste). So draw each piece of each code in the pattern first, so as not to waste cloth. After painting, spread it on a big cloth and cut it.

Question 6: What does super layout mean? It depends on what software you use to rack clothes on the computer, whether it is PAD, ET, Fuyi, Supreme Bao Fang or others, but the super-arrangement supporting these CAD plate-making software in China is basically the same.

Question 7: How do garment factories arrange marks manually when cutting beds? What's the order? What should I pay attention to? I'll cut this with an electric cutter. It's simple. First count the numbers on the paper, usually 100. Then, calculate how many stitches can be arranged per yard. Then, measure the width of the cloth. Note when measuring: the total width of the cloth should be reduced by two inches, because no one can make the cloth so neat. After measuring the cloth width, just find a blank piece of paper to draw the cloth width. When drawing, pay attention to the following points. The number of pictures multiplied by 1 is half less than the number of pictures multiplied by 2. Secondly, we should pay attention to the patterns. Third, draw big patterns in the fourth row so that small ones can be inserted in those empty places.

Question 8: What software is used for garment pattern typesetting? 1: There are too many clothing punching software.

2. Use what can be used, and the effect is similar.

3. There are too many clothing typesetting softwares, such as Lectra, Garbo, PGM, ET, Fuyi, Supreme Treasure and Silk Road.

ET is the most widely used in China, and I hope I can help you!

Question 9: Everyone. Excuse me, what's the difference between pattern and frame, online, etc. Thank you ~ ~ ~ Pattern means that the pattern master of clothing follows the designer's design and size requirements, and draws the pieces that make up the clothing on paper first through professional calculation, which is called pattern, and can also be regarded as the plane expression of three-dimensional clothing. Non-factory is convenient for modification, cutting and production in clothing industry.

In the production of clothing industry, before cutting clothes in batches, a pattern with the same width as the cut fabric should be drawn on the special paper of the cutting bed. This is called frame, and it is also called painted skin in Beijing!

Question 10: What do you need to know to make clothes hangers? Of course, you need to know the application of software and the operation of hardware!
