The international certificate AASFP requires two certificates, one is fitness certified trainer certificate and the other is advanced personal trainer certificate.

The domestic certificate has the national fitness instructor qualification certificate. You can take an examination of Asian Fitness Institute, Shanghai Fitness Institute, Golden Age Fitness Institute and Shang Ya Fitness Institute. However, it is necessary to recognize whether it is a nationally recognized training institution.

Textual research order

Only after obtaining the certificate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation issued by China Red Cross Society and passing AFAA can you obtain the IFBB certificate.
