1. The employing unit shall report the unemployment list to the Social Security Bureau within 15 days after the termination of the labor relationship, and issue a certificate of termination of the labor relationship; In the process of filing, the employer needs to submit four kinds of materials to the social security bureau and affix the official seal of the unit:
(1) the notice of dismissal issued by the unit and relevant archival materials.
(2) Four-in-one, unemployment certificate in the unified format of the Social Security Bureau.
(3) The unified format of the Social Security Bureau is in duplicate, with unemployment listed.
(4) The unified format of the Social Security Bureau is the routine official document given by the company to the Social Security Bureau.
2. Within 60 days after unemployment, the parties who meet the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits need to prepare their personal identity cards, labor relations dissolution certificates, unemployment registration certificates and bank cards, and bring materials to the local social security center for review. The conditions for receiving unemployment benefits are as follows:
(1) Unemployed for non-personal reasons;
(2) Having registered for unemployment;
(3) there is a requirement for re-employment;
(4) Willing to receive re-employment training.
3. After passing the examination, you can wait for the payment of unemployment benefits and participate in the corresponding re-employment training according to the local notice;
4, the unemployed certificate to the designated bank to receive unemployment insurance on a monthly basis.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:
