Vocational training institutions shall, according to the needs of the labor market and the characteristics of laid-off workers, determine training programs, formulate training plans, and focus on adaptive vocational skills training. In terms of academic system, full-time, part-time, class hour system or credit system can be tried out. In terms of training methods, existing training institutions can be used to organize collective classes, or enterprises and vocational training institutions can jointly run classes, or modern teaching methods such as radio and television and correspondence can be used for training, and individual self-study can also be encouraged. It is necessary to highlight the pertinence and effectiveness of training, generally focusing on short-term practical skills training, so that laid-off workers can quickly improve their re-employment skills.
(3) Carry out entrepreneurship training. Conduct entrepreneurship training for laid-off and unemployed people who are preparing for self-employment, especially those who intend to start small businesses, so that they can be familiar with relevant state policies and regulations, understand the necessary knowledge and procedures for starting or starting a business, master management methods, improve their ability to adapt to the market, guide them to formulate practical business plans, and help them solve problems in implementation. After they start business, they should continue to provide necessary consulting services and business guidance.
