Chapter III Certificate Use, Supervision and Administration

Article 22 The Certificate of Special Equipment Operators shall be reviewed every four years. The holder shall apply to the license issuing department for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period. Those who pass the second interview shall be signed and sealed by the issuing department on the original certificate. For those who have no bad records such as violation of laws and regulations within 2 years and attend safety training on time, the review period shall be extended in accordance with the provisions of relevant safety technical specifications.

Those who fail the second interview should take the exam again. If the applicant fails to apply for re-examination or fails to pass the examination within the time limit, his "Certificate of Special Equipment Operators" shall be cancelled.

Operators of special equipment operating across regions may apply to the license issuing department at the place where the operation is located for review.
