How to make yourself lively, laughing and expressive? I didn't pass the teacher recruitment interview before, just a little. Is there any training method?
Believe in yourself.

As a teacher, confidence and responsibility come first. Remember that the person you are worried about is also worried, so there is no need for pressure. Believe in yourself and others will believe in you.

Impress the judges.

Impress the judges who like you! If you don't like it, you will be infected naturally. Tell everyone with your eyes that I am coming and I can teach students well.

Don't get stage fright when there is a typhoon.

Passionate speech, if the intonation is not enough, at least say it out loud. Mandarin is a little more standard. Don't speak too fast. If you can't handle it well, you can practice more. This is the key! Talk on the floor, don't give up, there should be a typhoon on the podium. Chinese teachers have higher requirements, clear articulation, pleasant pronunciation and cadence.

be decently dressed

Be sure to dress well, don't dress too avant-garde. After all, the position of teacher should be reserved, but it must be neat and decent, dignified and generous, giving people a feeling of extraordinary temperament.

5. Generous but not formal

Be generous when you meet the interviewer. Don't be too restrained, and don't be too arrogant, leaving a stable impression. Pay attention to body language, don't stand stiffly on the podium, make good use of body language.

Step 6 get ready in advance

Be fully prepared before the lecture. Understand the relevant background of the content to be talked about, and combine the classroom content with these backgrounds, so that the background knowledge can attract people and guide people to the content of the textbook.

Reasonable arrangement of time

Don't take the time to speak too carefully. Just mention it when you speak, and let the judges know that you have this link.

8. Make eye contact with the judges

Pay attention to the eyes of the judges. Don't stare at the speech all the time, let every judge in the audience think you are watching them. Smile, don't be too serious.

9. There are blackboard books

Writing on the blackboard is your syllabus, beginning and ending. Finally, don't forget to assign homework. (If you are not confident in writing with chalk, or have no requirements for writing on the blackboard, you can reduce the number of writing on the blackboard or not. )

10. Keep up with the times

It is best to use multimedia teaching, which can usually add points and reflect the concept of the new curriculum. You are not allowed to show it in court, but you can repeat it in your own language.

1 1. Answer the question calmly.

There will be questions after the lecture, which are basically about how to arrange the courses you teach, where the teaching focus should be, and what you should do if students have such and such problems. Don't panic, first of all, affirm the questions raised by the teacher, repeat the affirmation appropriately in combination with previous teaching experience, and think about coping strategies at the same time. It is best to have an outline when answering, and explain your views in several points, with clear thinking and strong logic. Just click on it, unless you are particularly confident, don't expand too much.

12. Make a summary.

Summarize what you said, assign homework and finish it.

In order to get it in the interview defense, candidates should attach great importance to it ideologically and make full preparations.

1. In the review before the exam, the written test and the defense should be arranged as a whole, connected with each other and considered as a whole, and one cannot lose sight of the other. According to experience, the time interval between written examination and defense is generally not very long, ranging from half a month to 20 days, and at least one week. If you prepare separately and the time is too late, the review will lose its coherence and systematicness. If the subjects involved in the pre-test review are prepared as comprehensively as possible, and some topics are consciously prepared, then they will not be used in the written test, and they will probably be used in the interview, so as to be well aware and prepared.

2. Do more simulation training before the defense, and accumulate experience in the battle. As we know, defense is a demonstration of comprehensive quality, and problems can not be solved by guessing questions. It is impossible to put all the questions you have designed and prepared on the table, but it is very beneficial to overcome stage fright and enhance your adaptability if you simulate and practice more before replying. Before the defense, I simulated the defense many times at home and trained in actual combat. Facts have proved that this is very effective and will enhance the self-confidence of candidates.

3. Master defensive skills, pay attention to defensive methods, and strive to win by surprise. When defending, you should pay attention to skills, be sensitive, be logical, have clear thinking, express accurately, have a cadence voice, be confident enough to impress the examiner. Only in this way can you get it.

Judging from the content of the defense, the defense must closely follow the following three points:

1. Cut to the chase and don't beat around the bush. This is very important, and we can't digress from Wan Li in a thousand words. In general, the defense requires answering 3-5 questions within 30 minutes, and each question is 5-6 minutes. In such a limited time, there is no way to start, so we can only go straight to the point. For example, when a candidate answered "If you are hired, please give an impromptu speech for five minutes on the topic of teachers' integrity", he went straight to the point and briefly explained what "integrity" is, why teachers should be honest and how to do it. That's a good answer.

2. Answer as many points as possible. This is also the successful experience of interview defense. If the examiner's reference answer to a question is only three points, and three out of five of your answers are exactly the same as the reference answer, it is difficult to lose points. On the other hand, if the examiner has five key points in the reference answer to a question, and you only answer three key points, then even if you answer well, you can only get 60%-70% marks.

3. It must be combined with the current educational situation and the concept of curriculum reform. This is also a key point that teachers must grasp when replying to open recruitment. From the perspective of expression skills, the educational theory should be clear, the level should be clear and the language should be flexible. When numbers are involved but you are not sure, try to use vague language. For example, I think this question contains the following points, so I will use several instead of three, four and five. Judging from practical experience, defense is a process of solving problems quickly by using knowledge flexibly. If you talk about "a few" points in general, it will be conducive to flexible play. On the contrary, if you talk about death and can't remember the answer for a while, you will make mistakes and get stuck in your busy life. The more you get stuck, the more nervous you get, and the questions you can answer later are not answered well.
