Where should the knot of the fire rescue rope be?
Before the fire rescue throws the lifeline, fix one end of the rope to a solid object. The knotting method of lifeline is also very important. The general knotting method is:

1. Thread the rope end out of the rope loop formed by yourself. Form a double knot.

2. Tighten the rope, and a double and a half knot will be finished.

3. Pass the rope around the back of the object.

4. Thread the rope into the ring.

5. Thread the rope end through the main rope.

Throw the lifeline out the window. When throwing rope, pay attention to whether there are obstacles between the window and the ground. Obstacles will stop you from falling to the ground. If the floor is only half high, it is very dangerous. Please choose to throw where there are no obstacles. In order to use the lifeline effectively in case of fire, please know some precautions for keeping the lifeline:

1, when in use, the rope should not be impacted or loaded by overload, otherwise it will break the strands or even the rope.

2, should be stored in a dry and ventilated place at ordinary times, in case of mildew.

3. Rinse after use. After warm water, it should be dried or dried in a cool and ventilated place in time, and it is forbidden to expose to the sun for a long time.

4, regular inspection, such as found that the wire rope wear is bigger or more than 1/2 strands wear off, should immediately stop using.

5. Users should check the load regularly. If they are not broken or damaged, they can continue to use them.

6, life-saving rope in custody, avoid rope contact with sharp objects, such as acid, alkali, should immediately clean and dry.
