1959 Daqing Oilfield has been established for more than 40 years. Daqing Oilfield has also jumped from a little-known oilfield at that time to become the largest oilfield in China and attracted worldwide attention. This is also inseparable from the establishment and development of Daqing spirit. Historical experience tells us that Daqing Oilfield has inherited and carried forward Daqing spirit and Iron Man spirit, and has come to this day step by step and continued to walk steadily. Seeing this, and then looking at our Dagang Petrochemical Company, it is not difficult to see how Dagang Petrochemical has experienced development and changes from the early spring of 1965 to the present. From a small refinery with a capacity of 50,000 tons/year to a characteristic refinery with a capacity of 5 million tons/year, the construction of a large refining and chemical base with a capacity of 6,543.8+million tons in the next step also requires us to learn and carry forward Daqing spirit and Iron Man spirit from generation to generation, develop and grow, and realize the dream of enterprise soaring!
However, there is no doubt that there is still a certain gap between our cadres and workers and Daqing and history. The most obvious thing is that under the influence of today's environment, historical background and climate, the outlook on life and values of individual employees and cadres have changed a little, which is far from Daqing spirit and Iron Man spirit. I think the existence of these problems is also related to the imperfect management system of the company and the inaction of individual cadres. Now some employees don't say "old four are strict" and "four remain unchanged", even being a monk for a day is sometimes difficult! I have never contributed anything to the enterprise, but I always have to compete with others for income, return and honor, and I can't see the correct mentality of an employee as the owner of the enterprise. In the long run, this phenomenon will spread on the body like a cancer, eroding people's brains and whole body. Now, it is very necessary to talk about Daqing spirit again, and use Daqing spirit and Iron Man spirit to inspire our fighting spirit and advance, because this is the premise to ensure that we can successfully realize the great dream of building a large refining and chemical base.
