Duan Tianshun, 1932 was born in Fangshan District, Beijing. He used to be deputy director of Beijing Water Resources Bureau, director of Civil Affairs Bureau, member of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People's Congress and deputy secretary-general. Li Wenchao

Li Wenchao, a native of Liangshan County, Shandong Province, was born in 1948.
