Leadership, guidance and authorization
Participants should explore the personality characteristics of successful leaders, including commitment, vision, inspiring others, communication, active listening, enthusiasm, integrity and setting an example. In enterprise training courses, participants have the opportunity to directly explore and experience these personality traits. They explore the characteristics of being an effective coach and know how to help others maximize their contribution and potential. Participants will have a deep understanding of the meaning of authorization, and be able to practice and increase their ability of guidance and authorization. The purpose of this kind of course is to understand under what circumstances students will form and use their sense of ownership and responsibility, and to formulate methods to motivate their morale, so that participants can change from passive observers to active creators.
In addition, observing students' potential motives can reveal what is important to them and how to make them achieve their goals smoothly in the existing environment. Through the activities of sharing success, overcoming impossibility and supporting each other to build deep friendship, participants will regain self-confidence, enthusiasm for life, commitment to quality and motivation to pursue success.
