First, the quantity, object and scope of the transfer.

1. Number of selected students: 97 students from Selected Graduates were enrolled in the planned examination of Jilin Province in 20 13.

2. Selected objects: full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students from 16 universities in the province who graduated in 20 13, and full-time undergraduate, master's and doctoral students from Jilin universities outside the province.

3. Second, the selection conditions

Selected Graduates should also meet the following conditions:

1, with China nationality;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Good conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

5. If the age is between 18 and 28 (born between 1, 1 June 1995 and1June 1985), the age requirement for doctoral students may be appropriately relaxed;

6. Working as a student cadre in * * * party member or in * * * party member, or during school (student cadres refer to student cadres above the squad leader, secretary of the Youth League branch, and vice minister of the student union), or obtaining the honor of outstanding graduates (one of the three can be satisfied);

Third, select the program.

In accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, the selection and transfer work is carried out simultaneously with the recruitment of civil servants in the province. The specific steps are as follows:

1, personal application, university recommendation. Entrust colleges and universities to publicize Selected Graduates's work through campus network and other forms, and be responsible for organizing the recommendation. When students register individually, colleges and universities will examine the qualifications of the registered students, and organize students who meet the registration conditions to fill in the Recommendation Form for Registration of Jilin Selected Graduates 20 13. Each student can fill in three volunteers, including at least one township post. Relevant materials recommended by the relevant departments of colleges and universities shall be reported to the Department of Organization Department of Jilin Municipal Committee for review. The materials submitted by colleges and universities in the province include 20 13 Selected Graduates Registration Recommendation Form (printed on both sides of A4 paper in duplicate), a copy of ID card, and 20 13 Jilin Selected Graduates University Recommendation Form (printed on A4 paper and submitted electronically at the same time). Colleges and universities outside the province are required to submit the Jilin 20 13 Selected Graduates Registration Recommendation Form (in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of the school or college party committee), candidates' transcripts (stamped with the official seal of the school), copies of ID cards, copies of party member (prepared by party member * * *), certificates of student cadres and other related materials. 2. Qualification examination and online registration. 3. Recruitment examination. The exam includes a written test and an interview. The written test is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee (Provincial Civil Service Bureau) and is conducted together with the 20 13 provincial civil service examination. The examination level is Grade A, and the written examination subject is administrative professional ability test and application. Among the candidates above the passing line, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. The interview was conducted in the form of leaderless group discussion.

4. Proposed registration, physical examination, assessment and employment. According to the total scores of candidates' written test and interview, according to the order of candidates' volunteering, and according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 1, the physical examination objects are determined. The physical examination shall be carried out by the hospital designated by the organization department of Jilin Municipal Committee in accordance with the national and provincial medical examination standards for civil servants. Candidates who pass the medical examination shall be examined by the recruitment department in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Employment of Civil Servants in Jilin Province. Candidates who pass the physical examination and assessment will be publicized to the public for 7 days in Jiangcheng Party Construction Network of Jilin City. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, it shall be reported to the Organization Department of Jilin Provincial Committee for approval and go through the relevant formalities. 5. Use and management. Selected Graduates, who is employed, must attend pre-job training, and in accordance with the cadre management authority, the county (city) district will be included in the management of civil servants. Selected Graduates, a new employee, has a one-year probation period and signed a three-year service agreement with the company. Those who have not completed the service period shall not be transferred from other jobs, and those who are transferred from other jobs without authorization shall be disqualified from civil servants.

Four. Related requirements

1. Candidates who are related to the employees of the recruitment unit listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (i.e. husband and wife relationship, lineal consanguinity relationship, collateral consanguinity relationship within three generations, and close affinity relationship) should avoid and may not apply for the recruitment unit.

2. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have received various punishments during school, and persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam.
