Ophthalmology practice is almost over. During this month's internship, I abide by the laws and regulations of hospitals and hospital departments, respect teachers, unite with my classmates, be strict with myself, strive not to be late, not to leave early, not to be absent from work for no reason and leave my post without permission, be kind to patients, have a good attitude, and strive to apply the theoretical knowledge and basic skills I have learned to practice. During my internship in this department, I abide by labor discipline, work hard, be diligent and eager to learn, and be able to apply what I have learned from books to practice. Under the guidance of the teacher, I have basically mastered the nursing of some common diseases in ophthalmology and some basic operations, which made me realize the particularity and necessity of clinical work from an intern to a nurse. What I learned in school before was all theoretical, but now I find that what I saw in my actual work is not as simple as I thought, nor as typical as what I wrote in the book. At work, I often rely on my usual experience. Only by practicing and having good experience can I gradually accumulate experience. Politically and ideologically, I can adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership, support the socialist system, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, be rigorous and realistic, obey the arrangements, unite with comrades, have a decent style of study, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a good professional ethics, care about patients and win their trust.

In medical work: I mainly focus on outpatient treatment, insist on it all day every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and take postgraduate outpatient eye surgery most of the afternoon on Tuesday (except after class)!

Personal summary of ophthalmic nursing

The completion of ophthalmic nursing this year made me realize that I still lack a lot of practical experience. Despite the help of my colleagues, I still have to find a way to solve this problem so as to better carry out my future work. In fact, I should maintain a high degree of concentration in eye care to solve patients' troubles, but in the face of difficulties in my work, I should analyze the problems myself in order to make a better breakthrough. In the face of this phenomenon, I should sum up this year's ophthalmic nursing work and accumulate corresponding experience.

In order to do a good physical examination, I spent a lot of time going to various schools or communities for examination. Whether it is myopia or other eye diseases, I have always been jealous of such patients. After all, a considerable number of patients have caused eye diseases because of bad living habits. So when doing a good physical examination, I will tell the other party not to blink casually. Especially before going to bed, you can try eye drops to relieve visual fatigue. In addition, students should do eye exercises seriously to prevent eye diseases for a long time. As for other preventive measures, they also explained them in detail. I don't know if they paid attention, but they did a good job.

Skilled in using medical devices for ophthalmic diseases and solving problems in regular meetings, in fact, it is difficult for me to apply such precious medical devices to practice. Even for professors with head nurses, it took me a long time to understand the corresponding operating mechanism, so I took the opportunity of weekly regular meetings to discuss with my colleagues in order to solve this problem. Fortunately, with the help of my colleagues, I learned how to apply ophthalmic nursing skills to practical work, although I did spend a lot of energy.

I have helped ophthalmologists diagnose diseases and filled out corresponding medical records. I mainly need to be careful about this work, so as not to make mistakes in practical application, otherwise it is likely to leave a bad impression in front of doctors and discredit an eye nurse group. So I made a lot of preparations for the formal diagnosis and helped the doctor to handle this matter well. Although I felt a little nervous later, I actually applied the nursing knowledge in my mind in my first experience, but sometimes I made too little progress in my work.

This summary made me realize that eye care is a very arduous and long task. I will keep a steady style in this process to ensure a breakthrough in eye care. I believe that with the accumulation of time, I can make myself in eye care steadily and step by step.

Personal summary of ophthalmic nursing

Through this activity, the institutionalization and standardization of nursing management in our department were effectively promoted, and the quality of nursing was steadily improved. According to the requirements of nursing quality management norms, a nursing quality control group was established in our department at the beginning of the year, and the members of the group and the department were studied and trained, which enabled the quality control group to work well and promoted the improvement of nursing quality in the department. The activity of "Hospital Management Year" in the second half of the year has greatly promoted the nursing work of departments, making nurses understand that strict implementation of various rules and regulations is the fundamental guarantee for improving nursing quality and ensuring medical safety. Nurses pay attention to themselves in their work, whether they have conscientiously implemented various systems and improved the quality of links. Significant progress has been made in ward management, basic nursing and graded nursing, disinfection and isolation work has been strengthened, and the quality of nursing documents has been improved from the connotation. There were no major mistakes and accidents throughout the year.

2. Improve the quality of nursing staff.

Completed the training and assessment requirements of nursing staff at all levels issued by the nursing department. While organizing to participate in business study and nursing rounds in the hospital, they seriously conduct business study and nursing rounds once a month, conduct theoretical questions and operation exams every month, and ask nursing staff to take notes carefully. Taking the "three basics" theory and operation examination organized by the nursing department, the qualified rate was 100%.

Within xx years, a nurse was sent to the district hospital for further study. After returning from further study, I promoted the advanced nursing concepts and clinical nursing methods in higher hospitals, updated the concept of nurses, and gradually changed into "actively serving patients". At the same time, it also sets an example for general nursing staff. Patient satisfaction has also improved.

4. Strengthen the management of hospital infection.

Seriously implement the disinfection and isolation system, do a good job in the use and management of disposable articles, focusing on the disinfection management of disposable articles, endoscopes, ophthalmic equipment, otolaryngology equipment, attracting materials, oxygen-absorbing materials and sterile bags. Seriously carry out air monitoring and ultraviolet lamp intensity monitoring, and make records to ensure that the monitoring meets the health requirements. Strengthen the training of nurses' occupational protection skills, strengthen their awareness of self-protection, and require everyone to be familiar with the relevant plans for occupational protection and strive to put an end to occupational injuries.

5, basically completed scientific research and nursing teaching.

At the beginning of the year, a new nursing research project was formulated, and the project of "Diet research after tonsillectomy" was recorded and summarized, and a paper was formed. Through scientific research, nurses can improve their observation ability and research consciousness, record and enjoy their own work experience, and improve their nursing level.

6. Successfully completed the nursing task.

Adhere to "patient-centered" and "quality-centered" to provide quality services for patients. Earnestly complete the tasks assigned by superiors and actively participate in the activities of creating "Hospital Management Year". This year, the number of people discharged from our department reached a record high, exceeding xx, and the workload was very heavy.
