On-the-spot report of "Power Camp" training
Plato once said: playing with others for an hour can better understand him than communicating with him for a year. I remember a foreign training master also said that the best way to motivate a person is to let him experience it. Inspired by this, factories carry out "power camp" training, hoping to make colleagues "physically and mentally excited", stimulate their potential and challenge themselves through various "power activities"; As far as the team is concerned, it can influence each other, boost morale and build an A+ team!

"Power Camp" has set up many projects, which are not limited by venues and equipment, but each small activity and game can explain management from different angles: reflecting the importance of leaders, tacit understanding of teams, the importance of communication, stimulating potential, challenging ourselves and overcoming obstacles. The following is the "power camp" training I organized in a company, and I will share some of them with you:

The drums are beating-the team leader is the key to the team's victory.

Rules of the game: two groups of players stand on both sides, just like the confrontation between the two armies in the Chu River and the Han Dynasty. They can't cross the border and their limbs can't be touched. The two groups of players should overwhelm each other with momentum to win.

Teammates are new teammates, because they are not their usual partners and don't know each other well. They are a little stiff, and it is difficult for them to develop breakthrough and innovative thinking. Moreover, without a formal leader, even if everyone shouts at the top of their lungs, it is not neat and has no momentum. Remind the students that the game is like a battle, just like a commander in chief commanding an army, with neat momentum! An elite army that is brave and good at fighting is like a piece of sand without a commander-in-chief, and it is not easy to succeed.

Through the first activity, introduce the importance of leaders and encourage the success of management or lean production activities. Cadres must take the lead and give everyone direction and confidence!

Flat support-embodying the spirit of "doing your best"

Flat support is to support the body with your own arms and test muscle endurance and willpower. These activities are divided into two groups. One group should do it first, please try your best to support it until it is no longer possible. Flat plate support seems simple, but it is difficult to adhere to. It can reflect the spirit of "doing your best". Through this exercise, you can gain more confidence and strength from constantly creating your own records and motivate yourself to continue to work hard.

If the activities held in a company are divided into two groups, the average score of the first group is 12 1.2 seconds; Then, before the second group starts to do it, enjoy a "never give up" movie:

The film is a fragment of Face to Face with Giants, which describes the football captain training "death crawling" under the guidance of a coach (a person crawling on his back, his knees can't touch the ground). The captain soon began to shout "Tired, painful, I can't stand it-",and the coach kept yelling at him to encourage him: "Come on!" (15 times), "Don't give up" (72KG times), "Do your best" (9 times) and "Continue-Continue" (48 times). With the constant encouragement of the coach, the captain climbed 1 10 yards behind his teammates' backs, creating something that he and his teammates couldn't believe.

Then I asked everyone to try their best to imitate the protagonist in the film. At the same time, in order to better motivate the second group of students, I did it with my classmates and promised with everyone: "I will try my best!" " . In the process of support, I kept shouting "Come on", "Don't give up easily", "Do your best" and "Although it is painful and tiring, you must stick to it"-constantly encouraging everyone to do their best. With everyone's encouragement and applause, the motivation increased greatly, and the second group lived up to expectations, with an average score of 185.5 seconds (53% longer than the first group leader).

After many times of plate support training, the average extension time of the second group was more than 50% than that of the first group With the help of "flat support", students can experience the power of "doing their best" and have unlimited potential!

Some students shared: I can last for 2 minutes at home at most, but this time I actually lasted for more than 4 minutes. If I feel stressed, I will increase my motivation; Some people also shared: I have done 1 minute at most before, and this time I broke through myself and insisted on 3.30 points. ......

Some students also shared: I understand why I always can't reach my goal. Because it is always too early to give up, maybe a little longer will show the dawn of success. If there are more incentives, it will not just stop at "almost enough".

Our vice president often requires the introduction of the spirit of "doing our best" in our work: to carry out lean production, we must have the spirit of doing our best, and we must constantly find problems and constantly improve. We can't think that the equipment has reached the limit. I have tried my best, but we must try our best to find ways and resources to challenge the problem!

Mei Qi is great-the team has direction and goal, but it also needs consistent knowledge and speed.

Take out a stick and tell everyone that as long as the stick is put on the ground from everyone's hands at the same time, the task is completed. Everyone thinks it's really easy. But this stick is really amazing. The more I want to go down, the more disobedient I am. After trying for 5 minutes, I still can't finish the task! Then I remind everyone, "Who is the leader? Find a way to keep pace with each other. " After being reminded, a teammate jumped out and asked everyone to listen to his slogan. This group quickly practiced for n times from 1.54 and tried different methods. Time is compressed to 50 seconds, 40 seconds, and 30 seconds, but when it is about 20 seconds, it is difficult to break through and fall into a stalemate.

When the coach suggested that there should be a better way, but I haven't found it yet. The team engaged in intense discussion and testing, and finally the time was reduced to less than 5 seconds.

Implementing the mentality of improvement is like putting down this stick. You can't be satisfied with the present result. You should keep thinking about whether there is a better way. Leaders should give full play to their roles and give teammates the same direction and rhythm!

After class, a student said with emotion: Qi Xin put down the stick together, which made me understand that when there are too many managers, it is the result of the lack of knowledge of the multi-headed carriage. It is really important for the team to know.

Skipping rope-integrate into the team, adapt to the correct situation and eliminate losses.

Two people in each team shake the rope, and the other six jump rope quickly, jumping from the first to the last, and the one who takes the least time wins.

Some students turned blue when they heard that they were going to jump rope, saying that she was born with uncoordinated movements and poor balance, and passed smoothly with everyone's encouragement; There is also a girl who dare not jump rope, saying that she was afraid that the rope would hurt her head or body when she was a student. Although I have been longing for it, I have been afraid to play skipping. Today, with the encouragement of her teammates, she tried to jump and found that it didn't hurt when she threw it on her body. She had a good time. Some students shared their willingness to try and found that it was not that difficult. After taking the first step, it will be much easier.

For example, in the first round, the scores of each group were between 8.30- 16.95 seconds. Ask them to set their own goals (how many seconds does it take for six people to pass? ), the four groups of targets are set at 6- 10 seconds respectively. After constant practice, discussion and practice, the time spent by each group is gradually reduced, and everyone's team consciousness is gradually formed in the process of playing, and morale is also improved. After the last few rounds of competition, each group broke their goals. Through training in this way, it is also instilling that the goal should not be set too low and the potential is infinite.

Through observation, it is not a fluke to win the first place in 3.9 seconds. Their morale is very high, and they often get together in a circle, shouting slogans and encouraging each other; The technology is almost ahead, and the rope throwing speed is better and faster. The team leader who won the first place also shared that through continuous practice, from fear, hesitation and incomprehension to discussion, the key point to shorten the time for all staff to pass is fast and tight.

I shared with my classmates that skipping rope is like a process of pursuing production efficiency. People must jump rope quickly and smoothly to get good grades. The finished products produced must be of good quality and pass through the assembly line quickly without stopping in order to obtain high efficiency. At the same time, colleagues with insufficient skills should practice more, increase their proficiency, or adjust their posts appropriately (such as skipping order, who will shake the rope-), give teammates opportunities, encourage them to integrate into the team, overcome their fears, empathize and master the rhythm, which is the key to winning good grades.

After a whole day's activities, there are many touching pictures. There was a girl who injured her leg in a car accident, but she insisted on completing various activities and suggested that she should not take part in skipping, but she volunteered and said that she could shake the rope. Another middle-aged colleague injured his right arm (still in plaster), but with the support of the flat plate, he actually broke through for 5 minutes. These colleagues are the best examples of our improvement activities. They overcame our fears and did their best!

At the end of the activity, the vice president of production encouraged all colleagues to bring the spirit of "doing their best" experienced in the "power camp" into lean production, put the experience gained in the "power camp" training into action and show the results!
