What is rural labor force training?
Rural labor force transfer training refers to the training of rural surplus labor force that needs to be transferred to non-agricultural industries for employment, in order to improve farmers' quality and skills and accelerate the transfer of rural labor force. Training includes vocational skills training and guidance training, mainly vocational skills training. Training is based on respecting farmers' wishes and direct interests, market operation and transferring employment to non-agricultural industries.
