Forklift driver's license (forklift license) is the People's Republic of China (PRC) special operation certificate issued by state administration of work safety. Learn to drive a forklift

Before taking the forklift license, you must first learn to drive a forklift, and you must be trained through a formal training institution. Then the materials submitted by the training institutions will be assessed by the personnel of the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, and the forklift license can only be obtained after passing the theoretical and practical operation examinations.

Application conditions and information

Application conditions and materials: 1, junior high school education or above; 2. At least 18 years old and in good health; 3. Abide by discipline, love your job and have a strong sense of responsibility. Above must bring my ID card, academic certificate (one copy each), four recent bareheaded two-inch color photos, and safety education and training and internship certificates issued by the Quality Supervision Bureau.
