On March 10, the on-site promotion meeting of Shandong University Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Promotion Association was held in Qingdao, and 10 college students in the whole province won the "Entrepreneurship Star" in Shandong. The brief report of an unknown university graduate attracted the "special attention" of the vice governor attending the meeting-calling him to introduce his entrepreneurial experience.

The name of this college graduate is Zhang Qiang. He earned 20 million yuan less than a year after he graduated from shandong institute of business and technology, and the company he founded can train more than 5,000 colleagues every year.

Although there are still some pimples on his face, Zhang Qiang's business card already has a series of resounding titles-Dean of Yonsei College in China, Dean of Korea-China Talent Exchange Institute in Quanzhou, South Korea, and President of Hayes Education Group.

Behind these titles, he founded an enterprise with more than 300 employees, annual turnover of more than 20 million yuan and tax payment of 2 million yuan.

With outstanding entrepreneurial achievements, 26-year-old Zhang Qiang was named "Top Ten Entrepreneurial Stars of College Students in Shandong Province" in March this year and became a fresh graduate who won this honor.

50 yuan to start a business and earn the "first bucket of gold"

Zhang Qiang grew up in rural Hunan, and his parents supported their three children on meager income. As the youngest child in the family, Zhang Qiang has been working since childhood to make money to subsidize his family, selling cold drinks, washing dishes, flushing toilets and being a promoter. He has tried almost all the ways he can think of to make money. After coming to Yantai for college, Zhang Qiang finally found the direction of starting a business.

Because his family was poor and he went to school late, in 2006, Zhang Qiang took the college entrance examination at the age of 2 1 and was admitted to shandong institute of business and technology. However, he has just entered school for more than a month, and Zhang Qiang only has 50 yuan's living expenses. "At that time, an institution engaged in level 4 training in Beijing was looking for an enrollment agent, and each recruit could get a commission from 50 yuan, so I decided to make money to support myself." Recalling the difficulties when starting a business, Zhang Qiang still remembers it.

At that time, there were many people in the school who wanted to be agents. Zhang Qiang finally got the right to recruit students for agent training in shandong institute of business and technology with his sincerity. Subsequently, Zhang Qiang printed 1000 enrollment brochures with the only remaining 20 yuan. Two months later, Zhang Qiang, who successfully enrolled 100 students, got an enrollment commission of 5000 yuan. At this time, Zhang Qiang, who earned the "first bucket of gold", was so excited that he made up his mind to start his own business.

Help more than 5,000 college students find jobs.

Zhang Qiang found a huge market in the field of education and training by enrolling students through acting as an agent for CET-4 training. Determined to start a business, Zhang Qiang took the elective course of KAB entrepreneurship education specially set up in shandong institute of business and technology and joined the KAB Entrepreneurs Club. With the help of the school teacher, he learned to explore entrepreneurial skills. Especially during his study, Zhang Qiang strengthened his entrepreneurial belief when he saw that Fu Sheng, a senior student, successfully founded Keniu Network and Liu Mingjie, a senior student, founded a business opportunity interconnection company with annual sales of 40 million yuan.

When he was a sophomore, Zhang Qiang registered an educational information consulting company, engaged in Korean and Japanese minority language training, enrollment agency and marketing. The company's office is located in shandong institute of business and technology, a practical platform for entrepreneurship education specially set up for students' entrepreneurship projects. In more than a year, the company has developed rapidly, with branches in Weifang, Tai 'an, Changsha and other cities.

Zhang Qiang told reporters that after learning that there was a craze for learning Chinese in South Korea, he took the initiative to contact Yonsei College under the Ministry of Education of South Korea, and was authorized by the college to exchange talents between China and South Korea in Yantai, so as to train qualified fresh college students in domestic universities and send them to South Korea as Chinese lecturers. "Unlike ordinary labor export, we used to send high-end talents with a monthly income of nearly 10,000 yuan. They not only contributed to the development of local education, but also solved the employment problems of many college students in China. " Zhang Qiang said.

After graduating from college, Zhang Qiang devoted himself to the development of the company and expanded his business to international cultural exchange, human resources service, education and training. At present, it has reached relevant cooperation agreements with more than 0/00 institutions of higher learning and government departments in China, Japan and Korea, undertaken a number of educational and cultural exchange projects between China and South Korea, and sent more than 5,000 Chinese lecturers to countries such as South Korea and Japan.

According to the arrangement of the meeting process, the winners were not arranged to speak at the meeting.

Immediately after Zhang Qiang finished his report, the presidents of more than 30 universities found him and expressed their willingness to cooperate with his company.

Although the company has embarked on the track of rapid development, every time Zhang Qiang sees the poor students around him, he seems to see himself in the past. In order to really help poor college students and build up their confidence in life, Zhang Qiang spent 65,438+10,000 yuan to support poor college students every year during his pioneering period. Up to now, more than 500 people have received financial support.
