If you want to take a separate exam, you should register with the real estate association first (you need to submit the registration form and photos printed on the website of the Housing Society, as well as the original and photocopy of your ID card).

Address of HS: Floor 1, Runfengyuan, Jing Tian East Road, Futian District, Shenzhen (next to a small real estate company and bank).

After registration, the staff of the HS will give you a lecture card and three books. You will go to the on-site class according to the time and place on the class card, and then you will be informed of the time of the online exam. For the online exam, you need to watch the video first. After watching it, you can refer to it many times until you pass 60 points, and then you can wait for the notice to get the practice license. (The process of the specific exam and the website of the exam will be written on the time card. )
