1, the main person in charge of a production and business operation entity refers to the chairman and general manager of a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company, the factory directors and general managers of other production and business operation entities, the director of the (Mining Bureau), the mine manager (including the actual controller), the stationmaster and the legal representative.

Safety management personnel of production and business operation entities refer to the competent departments of production safety, safety management institutions and their staff of production and business operation entities, and full-time and part-time safety management personnel of production and business operation entities without safety management institutions.
3, special operations personnel refers to the personnel directly engaged in special operations. Special operations refer to operations that are prone to casualties and may cause great harm to the safety of operators themselves, others and surrounding facilities.
4. Other employees of production and business operation units refer to all other personnel engaged in production and business operation activities of the unit except the principal responsible persons, safety production management personnel and special operators, including other responsible persons, other management personnel, technicians, workers in various positions and temporary employees.
(3) Relevant personnel engaged in safety production refer to teachers engaged in safety education and training, registered personnel of hazardous chemicals, personnel undertaking safety evaluation, consultation and inspection, safety directors, registered safety engineers, safety supervisors, township safety production supervision inspectors or inspectors, etc.
1. Safety officer refers to a person who has certain knowledge, skills and work experience in safety production, passed the examination by the safety production supervision and management department, and obtained the certificate of safety officer.
Anyone who has participated in the national registered safety engineer qualification examination and obtained the qualification of registered safety engineer may, upon his own application, be exempted from relevant training and directly participate in the assessment, and the assessment institution will issue an intermediate safety officer certificate.
Those who have obtained the certificate of Guangdong Provincial Safety Officer shall be regarded as the safety production management personnel who have passed the examination by the safety production supervision and management department.
2. Registration of hazardous chemicals refers to the safety production supervision and management departments at all levels and their directly affiliated institutions, or entrusted by relevant institutions to engage in the registration and management of hazardous chemicals according to law.
3, safety supervisor refers to the professional departments or industry departments in the production and business operation unit system to supervise and manage the safety in production.
4, the township safety production supervision and inspectors (or inspectors) refers to under the leadership of the township people's government, in accordance with the "Guangdong Province township safety production supervision and inspectors management approach" with full-time or part-time personnel to carry out safety production supervision and inspection work.
