Have you enjoyed all six rights that teachers should enjoy?
Education and the right to education

This right of teachers is the most basic right of teachers, and it can be remembered that the most basic right of students is the right to education. The right to education and teaching means that teachers have the right to "carry out education and teaching activities, carry out education and teaching reforms and experiments", and no individual or department has the right to interfere. Therefore, any teacher who completes his own teaching tasks and teaching tasks as required corresponds to the teacher's right to education and teaching.

The right to conduct academic research

The right to academic research is a basic right enjoyed by teachers as education and teaching professionals. The right of academic research means that teachers have the right to "engage in scientific research, academic exchanges, participate in professional academic groups, and fully express their opinions in academic activities". Therefore, in this right, the key word that candidates need to master is "academic exchange". Whenever this word appears in the title, the first thing that comes to mind is the teacher's academic research right.

Right to guide evaluation

The right of guidance and evaluation is a specific right corresponding to the teacher's main position in education and teaching activities. The right of guidance and evaluation means that teachers have the right to "guide students' learning and development, and evaluate students' conduct and academic performance". This right is not difficult to understand, but we need to pay attention to its other expressions: student management right and student evaluation right, which are the same thing. This right of teachers mainly means that teachers, as educators, have the right to evaluate and grade students' academic performance and conduct, which is one of the rights given to teachers by law.

(4) the right to remuneration and treatment

The right to remuneration and treatment is the concrete embodiment of the social and economic rights granted to citizens by the Constitution within the scope of teachers' profession. The right to remuneration and treatment refers to the right of teachers to "get paid on time, enjoy the welfare benefits stipulated by the state and take paid vacations in winter and summer vacations". This right is the material guarantee of teachers' profession. It should be noted that the teachers referred to here include not only teachers in public colleges, but also in-service teachers in private schools.

(5) the right to participate in management

The right to participate in management is the embodiment of citizens' democratic rights under the specific profession of teachers. The right to participate in management, also known as the right to democratic management, means that teachers have the right to "put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of school education, teaching, management and education administrative departments, and participate in the democratic management of schools through faculty congresses or other forms". It should be noted here that if there is a "teachers' congress" in the title, the first thing that should be thought of is the right of teachers to participate in management.

(6) the right to further education and training

The right of continuing training is the most representative of teachers' professional rights. The right to receive continuing education and training means that teachers have the right to "participate in continuing education or other forms of training".

The above are the six basic rights enjoyed by teachers, and candidates need to correspond to keywords on the basis of understanding.
