Certification process:

1. Both parties negotiate and sign the contract;

2. Consultants come to your company to understand the basic situation of the enterprise, communicate with relevant leaders, make preliminary plans for training, and determine the composition of management representatives, internal auditors and other personnel;

3. Consultants provide detailed training on IATF 16949 standard for middle and senior managers and internal auditors in production, technology, quality and inspection of your company;

4. Consultants come to your company to provide system planning and documentation guidance for internal auditors and related members;

5. Consultation and training on five tools of quality management, APQP, DMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP and other management tools;

6, quality manual, program file writing and answering questions;

7. Report the document to the manager for review, and approve its release and operation;

8. Trial operation of the system, implementation of program files, and release of running files in batches according to actual conditions; Solve practical problems on site in time and effectively;
