Article 3. When moving the scraper conveyor, people near the coal side and the nose and tail must be evacuated.
Article 4 the distance from the scraper conveyor to the coal wall shall comply with the provisions of the operation procedures.
Article 5 The scraper conveyor shall meet the requirements of "three levels", "three straightness", "one stability", "two integrity", "one leakage" and "two none".
"Three levels": the slot interface of scraper conveyor should be flat, the base of motor and reducer should be flat, and the center contact of wheel should be flat;
"Three straightness": the nose, scraper conveyor groove and tail should be straight, the axis of motor and reducer should be straight, and the sprocket wheels should be straight;
"One stability": the whole scraper conveyor should be installed stably without shaking when starting;
"Two complete": the scraper should be complete and the chain ring screws should be complete;
"No leakage": tight interface, no coal leakage;
"Two noes": the chain does not run off or drift during operation.
Article 6. The lap height of the general working face nose and the reprint machine shall not be less than 0.3 meters, and the fully mechanized working face shall not be less than 0.5 meters.
Article 7. When moving the nose, the last part of the gateway scraper conveyor must be blocked by power failure. It is forbidden to pull the head of the scraper conveyor in the working face with the scraper conveyor in the gateway. You can't send electricity until you have laid the pressure column.
Article 8. In the following circumstances, the scraper conveyor should be stopped moving and properly handled.
1. When the top pillar or back pillar (pillar) of the runner's back seat is loose;
2. When the distance between the chasing machine and the scraper conveyor is specified in the operation procedures;
3. It is found that the scraper conveyor groove does not contact dead bending or lack of bolts, and the scraper, groove and coal baffle are damaged and deformed;
4. To prevent peeling or roof caving;
5. Support does not meet the quality requirements or coal helps someone to work;
6. When the slideway fails or the oil pipe leaks;
7. When the chain is broken or broken.
Article 9. When using the slider to push the scraper conveyor, people must stand above the slider.
Second, preparation, inspection and handling
Article 10 Preparation:
1. Tools: screwdriver, wrench, pliers, casing, crowbar, hammer, noose (wire rope), chain, etc.
2. Accessories: scraper, link, chain, screw, lead wire, sealing ring, oil pipe, chute, etc.
Article 1 1 Inspection and handling:
1. Check whether the hanging beam and the flat pin meet the requirements;
2. Check whether the opening width meets the requirements of operation procedures;
3. Check whether the floating coal and sundries in the new scraper conveyor are cleaned up. If the floor is uneven, it should be planed or padded;
4. Check whether the chute and the bent part of the chute are disconnected or the chain is separated from the chute;
5. Get in touch with the driver of the hydraulic pump, start the hydraulic pump, and check whether the slide is damaged, whether the pipeline and joint leak oil, and whether the handle is flexible and reliable;
6. Check whether cables, water pipes and oil pipes are in the wire rack or hung up to prevent extrusion when moving;
7. Check whether the top column or rear support column (pillar) in the back seat of the runner is solid and reliable. The top pillar of the runner's back seat must force more than two pillars at the same time, and it is forbidden to force one pillar;
8. Before the scraper conveyor goes on as a whole, check whether the coal pillar is complete and firm and meets the quality requirements, and whether the coal pillar at the side of the scraper conveyor is withdrawn.
When problems cannot be handled separately, they must be reported and coordinated with the monitor, electrical fitter and prop-pulling worker. To work.
Third, the whole scraper conveyor
Article 12 The overall sequence of blasting in coal mining face can be from bottom to top, from top to bottom or from middle to both sides.
Article 13. The order of scraper conveyor is from top to bottom:
1. Lay the top pillar or rear support pillar of the rear seat of the runner, and set the runner, which should be vertical and stand against the notch of the chute;
2. Withdraw all coal haulers from the scraper conveyor section, and contact the scraper conveyor driver to start the scraper conveyor in the working face;
3. Retract the tail pressure column, and hit the tail slide handle to the extended position of the cylinder, so that the tail slide handle can be hit to the middle position immediately after the tail is moved in place, and the tail pressure column is laid;
4. Start more than two runners to stagger the top grade. After each runner moves the chute from top to bottom, he should immediately hit the runner's handle to the middle position;
5. When moving to a place 20 meters away from the head of the scraper conveyor15 ~, stop moving the scraper conveyor and stop the operation of the scraper conveyor, and withdraw the side pillar of the nose coal and the nose coal pillar;
6. When moving the nose, the last scraper conveyor in the gateway should stop running and cut off the power supply;
7. Start the slider, move the remaining part of the scraper conveyor groove and the nose to the specified position at the same time, and immediately move the slider handle to the middle position;
8. Stabilize the nose, and install the nose special bracket and nose pressure column;
9. Retract the top pillar or rear pillar of the back seat of the runner, and hit the handle of the runner to the closed cylinder position.
The operation method of pushing the scraper conveyor from bottom to top or from middle to both sides is the same as above.
Article 14 The random distance of random moving scraper conveyor in ordinary working face shall comply with the operation procedures.
Article 15 When moving scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face, it shall be operated according to the following provisions:
1. After the shearer cuts coal, it should be more than 10 meters away from the rear drum of the shearer; Carry out scraper conveyor work;
2. After moving the scraper conveyor, keep the scraper conveyor, bracket and coal wall in a straight line;
3. In the gently inclined working face, when the shearer adopts two-way coal cutting, the scraper conveyor can be used at will. In the fully mechanized working face with large coal seam dip angle, the following measures should be taken to prevent the scraper conveyor from slipping:
(1) Inclined propulsion method: the lower end leads the upper end;
(2) The nose shall be equipped with two struts to prevent the scraper conveyor from slipping, and then the scraper conveyor shall be moved in one direction from bottom to top;
(3) Adopt anti-skid headstock to prevent the scraper conveyor from slipping;
4. When moving the head and tail of scraper conveyor, it must be15m away from the rear drum of shearer. After feeding, the head and tail of scraper conveyor must be moved once.
5. After moving the scraper conveyor, the scraper conveyor fluctuates or exceeds the mining height. If it is necessary to hoist the scraper conveyor pad, the chain of the scraper conveyor should be hoisted by hydraulic jack at ordinary times, and the coal retaining plate or shovel plate cannot be hoisted.
Article 16 The method of moving the nose is as follows:
1. Move the head of the prop-pulling winch: operate according to the operation sequence of the prop-pulling winch, and the winch must be opened. It is forbidden to directly pull the nose with a rope hook, and a wire rope sleeve must be used. After fastening the nose, hook the nose with a rope hook.
2. Move the head of the hydraulic slider: two or more sliders must be used to move at the same time. Fourth, the disintegration of the scraper conveyor
Article 17: Dismantle and dismantle the scraper conveyor in the following order:
1. cut off the power supply of the scraper conveyor along the gateway;
2. At the nose, loosen the winding of the scraper conveyor in the working face with a crowbar, disassemble the winding and disconnect the chute from the nose;
3. Move the whole machine head to a new working position;
4. Dismantle the winding section upward from the machine head and put it on the side of the new scraper conveyor;
5. Remove the upper groove of the scraper conveyor, lay it in the new scraper conveyor lane, and connect it firmly with the nose with bolts;
6. Lay the lower chain of the original scraper conveyor in the newly laid bottom groove and drag it straight;
7. Move the tail to the position according to the hanging line and connect it with the bottom groove;
8. Dismantle the original bottom groove on the newly paved bottom groove and connect it firmly with bolts;
9. Spread the segmented chain in the upper groove and connect it firmly;
10. Press the nose, tail and column as required, and tighten the chain with a chain tensioner;
1 1. During the trial operation, move the motor slowly to check the steering. If the steering is wrong, adjust the phase sequence of the starting point and try it out at least twice. At the same time, check whether the chain and scraper are complete and fastened.
Article 18. When moving the nose, in addition to the method of moving the nose of the scraper conveyor as a whole, the following methods can also be used:
1. Self-traction of the machine head: lay a solid pillar on the coal side of the new working place of the machine head, hang a pulley, and bolt the wire rope to the gear at the machine head to connect with the pulley. One person monitors the position of the wire rope pole and the mobile nose, and the other person moves with a crowbar. The driver of the scraper conveyor must also master the switch button and slowly move the nose to the appropriate position by opening it.
2. When moving the nose with a crowbar, replace the nose with two or more crowbars.
Article 19. When disassembling the scraper conveyor, the following items should be noted:
1. When moving the nose, there should be someone to look after the column and pulley to ensure firm and reliable;
2. When removing the chain and lifting chute, two people should coordinate and act in unison to prevent collision.
Five, face and groove scraper conveyor head, tail extension and shortening.
(I) Preparation and Precautions Article 20 Preparation:
1. All the coal on the scraper conveyor should be shipped out;
2. Clean up all coal, gangue and sundries between the original tail and Xin 'an tail. The tail bottom plate of the new machine should be slightly lower than the original bottom plate, and all the coal gangue at the bottom of the scraper conveyor should be cleaned up;
3. Check the support at the tail of the old and new engines to ensure that there is no danger of roof caving;
; 4. Prepare manual hoist, crowbar, hammer and other disassembly tools;
5. The chain of the scraper conveyor at the nose should be pinched off by brake alignment, support rod or chain tensioner, so that the chain at the pinched off place is slack and the chute is easy to be separated.

1. Signals, switches and buttons must be complete, sensitive and reliable;
2. The specified signal contacts must be used in the whole process of work, and it is not allowed to direct the work by shouting, shaking lights or receiving signals.
3. When the scraper conveyor is opened when the chain is clamped, it must be operated by the driver of the scraper conveyor or the personnel trained in electromechanical specialty to prevent accidents caused by misoperation;
4. When erecting and lifting the chute, two people must coordinate. When passing through the chute, prevent slipping. When putting down the chute, shout the slogan clearly to prevent touching your hands and squeezing your feet;
5. If the scraper conveyor is used to transport the chute, you must contact the driver of the scraper conveyor in advance and take care of it by special personnel. The chute should be straightened to prevent toppling, and someone must follow it. When the chute is taken out and the chute passes through the head of the scraper conveyor, the scraper conveyor must stop.
(2) extend and shorten the operation of the nose working face.
Article 22 the extension of the nose:
1. First clear the obstacles near the nose, reinforce the support, and remove the pillars that hinder the work. Facing the nose, lay a fixed pillar to drag the nose;
2. Hang it on the headstock with a chain tensioner, and the valve will be reversed and unwound;
3. Take down the chain tensioner directly to make the chain separate from the sprocket teeth;
4. Use an anchor chain with an appropriate length, one end tied to the fixed column and the other end tied to the sprocket (the height of the anchor chain should be consistent with the height of the nose shaft);
5. Pull the nose to the required position by rotating the nose reversely or forwards;
6. The distance drawn by the nose should be slightly greater than the extended distance, and the length of the connecting chain should be twice that of the extended chute;
7. Put on the extended chute bottom chain, insert the pin, align it up and down to the same height, lay the chain, hang the chain tensioner, and make the docking chain reverse;
8. After tensioning the chain, the chain length should be appropriate before trial operation.
Article 23 shorten the nose:
1. Unwind the winding according to the above method and loosen the chute in the upper section of the transition chute;
2. Hang the chain (chain) to lift the chute and remove the chute that should be shortened;
3. Put a solid pillar (one end is on the scraper of the chain and the other end is on the top plate) above the chute, and turn on the scraper conveyor in the opposite direction, so that the nose will shrink upwards and dock with the chute;
4. Pinch off the excess chain and connect it with a chain tensioner;
5. Trial operation.
(3) the operation of lengthening and shortening the tail of the working face.
Article 24 the extension of the tail:
1. The chain tensioner is unwound, and each chain is reconnected with φ 420mm screw instead of chain link, and the chain tensioner is removed;
2. Rotate the scraper conveyor forward, and the screw will retreat 3 ~ 4m from the tail, then stop, remove the screw and return to the tail to press the column;
3. Pull the tail to the required position with a crowbar or chain block (chain);
4. Unfold the extended chute and put the bottom chain into the chute;
5. Connect the chain and tighten the chain at the nose;
6. For the extended tail, the chain length should be moderate, the tail should not fall off the road, the chain should not be out of the groove, and the valve should not be stiff, so as to press the tail well.
Article 25 shorten the tail:
According to the above method, after the tail is unwound, the chute to be shortened is removed, and after the winding is completed, the chain is tightened at the nose for trial operation.
(4) Operation of pinching along the end of the groove
Article 26 the operation method:
1. Unwind the winding;
2. Hang the inverted chain (inverted chain) firmly on the complete bracket, hang the hook at the place where the edge of the chute should be clamped, and clamp off the chute;
3. Place the clamped chute on the side that does not affect the work;
4. Turn the switch to the reverse position, use the chain of the valve to pull the tail to the required position, find the right direction, aim at the chute, and insert the bolt;
5. Tighten the chain with a chain tensioner, and the length should be appropriate, and lay the tail pressure column.
Twenty-seventh trial operation and formal operation.

Article 28. Comprehensively check whether the movement, elongation or shortening of the scraper conveyor at the nose and tail meet the quality requirements. Scraper conveyor should be tested for at least two turns, and unqualified products should be treated immediately and meet the quality standards.
