SIYB entrepreneurship training in designated training institutions should be carried out according to the following requirements: (1) No more than 30 people in each training course; (2) Training teachers must have the training teacher qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (formerly the Ministry of Labor and Social Security); (3) Each training class is taught by more than two SIYB teachers; (4) The training materials must be the stipulated genuine materials; (5)GYB training is not less than two full days, and SYB training is not less than five full days; (6) The training plan and schedule should follow the provisions in the SIYB teacher's guide; (7) After the training, the labor and social security department will issue a certificate of completion of entrepreneurship training in a unified format to the trainees; (8) The business plan must be filed.
