After the Outward Bound training, although I was physically and mentally exhausted, I still learned a lot during the day's expansion, which is summarized as follows:
1. Outward Bound Training: Outward Bound Training is a popular fashion and leisure way in recent years. I didn't know its origin until I was introduced by the coach: the English name is "Outward Development" and the Chinese name is "outward bound" or "outward bound". The original meaning is that a small boat leaves a quiet harbor and embarks on an unknown journey without hesitation, meeting challenges again and again and overcoming difficulties again! This kind of training originated in England during World War II. At that time, the Atlantic commercial fleet was repeatedly attacked by the Germans, and many young sailors were buried at the bottom of the sea. People find from survivors that they are not all the people with the best physical quality, but they are all the people with the strongest will to survive. So Hans and others founded "Aberdeen Weihai School" to cultivate young seafarers' survival ability at sea and survival skills after ships hit the rocks. After the war, the unique ideas and training methods of outward bound training gradually became popular, and the training targets were expanded from seafarers to soldiers, students, industrial and commercial personnel and other groups. The training goal has also expanded from simple physical fitness and survival training to psychological training, personality training and management training. The current "outward bound training" focuses on the latter. Training usually uses natural environment such as mountains and rivers to achieve the training purpose of "tempering will, cultivating sentiment, perfecting personality and melting team" through carefully designed activities.
Second, some feelings about various projects of outward bound training:
1. Feeling of throwing away the project after trust: With the courage to challenge yourself, I feel the strength of the team, from personal trust to team trust, and at the same time I feel personal responsibility from the trust of team members.
2. Feelings about the book delivery project in the post station: fully understand the rules with good skills and methods, mobilize the wisdom of the whole team, form a brainstorming, and find the simplest and most effective solution to the problem. At the same time, under the condition of fully understanding the limitations, understand the necessary factors and related links of information exchange: information source, information coding, information transmission, information feedback, information decoding and so on.
3. Feelings about the Tangram project: the team needs a leader, and the leader needs to quickly understand the team's goals and current resources through full communication with the team, find the right method, and effectively implement it; In addition, team members need to coordinate and allocate resources, and cooperate with other members to promote development and achieve goals with limited resources.
4. Feelings about the broken bridge project: In a changed environment, it takes a lot of courage to do something difficult that we didn't feel in the original environment. At this time, we need the encouragement of the team and our own courage.
5. Feelings about the Angel's Hand Project: When two people cooperate at an altitude of 12 meters, standing on a tightrope and being a girl with your partner, you will have more responsibilities, and this responsibility is also based on courage and cooperation.
6. Feelings about the final graduation wall: Unity is strength. In this project, we feel the deepest, but also a person can't do it, but when it is completed by a team, it becomes a kind of enjoyment. Twenty-four people stood in front of us for 20 minutes and climbed over the obstacles in front of us with their bare hands. It is impossible without a team.
Third, finally, I concluded that a team needs the following elements:
1, the goal is clear. First of all, in life or work, if your goals are not clear, you won't do anything colorful.
2. Excellent leaders. A team must have a leader. As the saying goes, a group without a leader will fail, and this leader must have his own unique ideas.
3. Perfect execution. If the leader gives a job, the execution of the following people is not enough, even if it is a good job, it will also do chores.
4. Exchange, share and enjoy information. There is a famous saying that reading thousands of books is better than reading countless people. This sentence means communicating with others, sharing and enjoying information.
In a word, the effect of this outward bound training on me and our team can be imagined. Through the experiential activities in one-day outward bound training, we can understand and recognize the problems existing in daily life and work and the solutions.
Company team development training experience: During the May Day holiday, the company arranged an expansion training. What impressed me most about this outward bound training was the project of delivering books at the post office, from which I learned the importance of obeying the rules.
The rule of delivering books at the post station is that all the players sit in a row in the same direction, and no language is allowed. People in front are not allowed to put their hands behind their backs, and people behind them are not allowed to put their hands in front of the players in front, thus completing the task of transmitting information. The coach told the last player at the back of the team a number, and then passed it on in turn until the first player got the information and wrote it on a piece of paper. The two teams compete at the same time to see who can spread the information quickly and accurately.
For the first time, I felt that the teammate behind me had written a three-digit number "969" on my back. I wrote it on the back of the teammate in front in a similar way. After he got the information, he also spread it to the next one according to law. The other team did the same, but some of them didn't write, but clicked on their teammates' backs with their fingers like transmitters. Some players also use the method of drawing roads to tell the previous players digital information.
When a news spread, we were surprised to find that the figures we spread were quite different from the real figures given by the coach. The "969" I received was finally diffused into a four-digit number containing the numbers "4" and "0", but the real number should be "69". What a big gap!
Everyone soon realized that this was the result of inconsistent communication methods. Just like Qin Shihuang's "cars on the same track, books in the same language", without standards and rules, the dissemination of information is easily distorted.
We began to argue about how to spread information. Some people are in favor of writing numbers, some suggest drawing horizontal lines, some insist on "typing" telegrams, and some ask to draw nine parts on people's backs to represent different numbers. Chatting and chatting, I only reached a limited knowledge. As a result, the second time, the number we spread was once again very different from the original information.
First, we should be good at pioneering thinking. By what means can we achieve good and fast results? Before the start of each round, each group had a heated discussion in the discussion stage of "means of committing crimes", with various strategies, either mobilizing their intelligence according to the rules or taking pains to exploit the loopholes in the rules of the game. Those who are unfaithful in the war are always thinking! For example, some students in the previous class sent messages to the group leader directly by mobile phone. Is this a foul? They said that according to the theory of keeping pace with the times, China Mobile is now the largest and fastest post station, so why not use it to deliver books? That's right! The teacher added a new rule and gave it up, but the students tried other skills. It's really a height of one foot and a height of ten feet. In the face of "devil" students, teachers have to constantly modify and improve the rules of the game.
Second, thinking should be forward-looking, so-called everything is established in advance. Data information, what kind of data will it be? Integer? Decimal? Scores? How should I write the difference? Some even consider the solutions of equations and radical signs; I wrote it again. What if I don't understand? What should we do if someone else fouls? In addition, thinking must also pay attention to breaking the inherent stereotype. For example, the data of the first three rounds, each round is more complicated. When everyone thought that the last round should be the most difficult, the teacher just gave the simplest 0. Therefore, thinking cannot be a simple repetition of experience and a fixed logical judgment.
Third, we should pay attention to team spirit and make good use of collective wisdom. A team, with many people and few people, focuses on tacit understanding. Democracy learns from each other and makes centralized decisions. No one can keep his mouth shut and no one wants to be the boss! Advocating dedication, willing to integrate into the group, * * * knowledge is the foundation of harmony, and harmony is the guarantee of victory. The so-called sharing weal and woe, life and death and * * * are indomitable forces! The teacher commented that no one is perfect and the team is perfect!
Fourth, the process and the result are dialectical. Take "evacuation" in class as an example. In order to get the first result, we can do whatever it takes, the winner is king and the loser is the enemy. The result is obviously more important than the process. On the contrary, if it doesn't matter whether you win or lose, but you want a happy March, it's good to be happy during it, then the process is of course more important! Which is more important, the process or the result, varies from person to person because of time and place! Is there any dialectical relationship between this and the grasp of the central work in each period, or with the tracking of various work? Summarize the activity skills: 1, don't talk.

After discussion in our marketing department, our team customized a faster and more accurate game method. Let's briefly introduce the game method discussed by our team:
1. All personnel should form a team, and there should be a quick and decisive person in the team at the beginning of the team;
2. If the person in the back transmits information to the front, tap the left shoulder of the player in front to indicate the number, and tap the left shoulder twice to indicate the uppercase number. Numbers are represented by nine squares, three horizontal rows and three vertical columns. From left to right and from top to bottom are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 9 digits respectively, and 0 is indicated by drawing a circle on the back. When the sent numbers are multiple groups of numbers, the information sender at the end of the queue should send them in groups;
3. The decimal point is expressed by pointing your finger at the left shoulder of the person in front, first giving the person in front a prompt to transmit decimal point data this time, and then giving the number, decimal point and digital signal to the player in front in turn according to the data. For example, when passing 2.5, the rear personnel need to click on the left shoulder of the front personnel, prompting the front personnel that this set of data is a decimal number, and then click on the position of punch card 2 in nine squares, then click on the left shoulder of the front personnel to indicate the decimal point, and then click on the position of punch card 5 in nine squares to indicate 2.5;
4. The semicolon is indicated by drawing a horizontal line in the middle of the back waist of the person in front with your finger. When transmitting semicolon numbers, the rear personnel transmit information from top to bottom, for example, 2/3, which means that the rear personnel first punch holes in the position of the front personnel in Jiugongge 2, then draw a horizontal line on the back of the front personnel, and then punch holes in Jiugongge 3 to indicate 2/3;
5. When delivering letters, the staff in the rear patted the right shoulder of the staff in front to show that the message delivered this time is letters. In front of the player, the letters on the shoulder are lowercase, and the letters on the shoulder are uppercase. After prompting the letters to the front player, write the letters on the back of the front player with your fingers. Remember to write clearly and accurately. The person in front will determine the case of letters according to whether the other person behind slaps his right shoulder once or twice;
6. If the message is transmitted in Chinese characters, the players in the back will clap the shoulders of the players in front with their hands, and then write on the backs of the players in front with their fingers. Pay attention to the order of strokes. So as not to cause misunderstanding.
7. If the transmitted number is the root number, the person behind will first draw a cross on the back of the front player, indicating that the transmitted number is the root number. When passing the ball, the players behind first draw a cross on the back of the players in front, and then click on the corresponding place of the number in the nine squares with their fists to indicate the number;
8. When the incoming number is square or cubic, the rear personnel should point to the right shoulder of the front player twice or three times (two times for square and three times for cubic) to remind the front player that the incoming number is cubic or cubic. Then, the rear players click on the corresponding position of the number in the nine squares with their fists, indicating what the number is. Then click on the right shoulder of the player in front twice or three times to represent a square or cube. For example, 32, the player behind first points to the right shoulder of the player in front twice to indicate that he wants to pass the square number, then points to the position of Jiugongge 3 with his fist, and then points to the right shoulder of the player in front twice to indicate 32. The cube is the same; 7. After the information transmission is completed, the rear person taps the back of the front person three times with the palm of his hand, indicating that the transmission has been completed. Nodding in front of the players means that you have understood the information transmitted by the rear personnel. If you don't understand, you will shake your head and the rear players will re-enter;
8. When encountering numbers or letters that are difficult to transmit, the person behind pats the left shoulder or right shoulder of the player in front three times to show that it is difficult to give up, and the person in front writes the numbers or letters at will according to whether the hand is left or right, saving time; 9. When there are many people in a team, the last team member can continue to transmit the next group of information after seeing that the previous information has been transmitted three times. When the player in front passes the ball forward again, the player behind should pay attention to see if he passes the ball correctly. If not, pull the skirt of the player in front in time to indicate transmission error and stop transmission. Then find the wrong player and pass it forward.
