What does the training evaluation mainly include?
The contents of training evaluation mainly include the following four aspects: (1) Training effect response evaluation: The training effect is mainly evaluated by the trainees' emotions, attention, approval or dissatisfaction. The evaluation of the effect response is mainly based on the students' response to the training content, training teachers, teaching methods, teaching materials, facilities and training management. And make a comprehensive evaluation. (2) Evaluation of learning effect: mainly check what knowledge students have learned through training, their mastery of knowledge, whether the training contents and methods are appropriate and effective, and whether the training has reached the target requirements. (3) Behavior influence effect evaluation: It is mainly to measure whether the training has brought new changes to the trainees' behavior. The purpose of safety education and training is to make trainees establish safety awareness, change unsafe behaviors and improve safety skills. Therefore, the evaluation of training effect should be based on what benign and observable changes have taken place in the work behavior of trainees after receiving training. The greater this change, the better the training effect. (4) Performance impact effect evaluation: the change of work behavior will bring about the change of work performance. For example, after the trainees' safety awareness and skills are improved, unsafe behaviors are changed, and the corresponding work performance is reflected in the reduction of violations, safety accidents and accident losses.
