According to the requirements of China Nutrition Society's Dietitian Training Program (Trial), the specific enrollment matters are as follows:

I. Training objectives

Through standardized professional training, students can master the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic practical skills of nutrition and related disciplines; Can provide consultation and guidance on dietary nutrition and health care knowledge to individuals, families and community residents; Food nutrition consultation and guidance can be carried out in schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, professional sports teams, hospitals, government planning departments, public health departments, enterprises and institutions, community health care centers, catering, food processing and management departments, hotels and other units.

Second, the enrollment objectives and requirements

Assistant nutritionist (junior): a person with high school or technical secondary school education or equivalent who intends to engage in nutrition and food professional work.

Nutritionist (intermediate): a person who has a college degree or above or equivalent, has a learning background in medicine or food, and is interested in working in nutrition and food.

Third, training methods.

1. The theoretical courses and professional practice of nutritionists adopt the credit system.

2. Teaching method: the method of combining teaching with self-study in theoretical study; Carry out on-site training in nutrition departments, communities, food enterprises and catering departments of hospitals, and implement on-site teaching methods.

3. Teaching hours and credits:

Assistant nutritionist (primary) training: 138 hours of theoretical study, 8 credits; 30 hours of field practice, 2 credits. 168 class hours, 10 credits.

Nutritionist (intermediate) training: 246 hours of theoretical study, 15 credits; 60 hours of field practice, 4 credits. 306 class hours, 19 credits.

Four. Training materials and contents

1. Training Textbook "Training Textbook for Nutritionists in China" is edited by Professor Ge, Chairman of the Nutrition Society of China, edited by more than 90 nutritionists all over the country, published by People's Health Publishing House, and used by students all over the country.

2. The training contents include: basic nutrition, food nutrition and food hygiene, population nutrition, public nutrition, nutrition deficiency and overnutrition, disease nutrition, nutrition strengthening and health food, food processing and cooking, and field practice.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) graduation and treatment

Students who have completed all the courses according to the training syllabus, passed the examination, passed the theoretical study and field practice, and reached the required credits, will be awarded the nutritionist training certificate by the Ministry of Health and China Nutrition Society, which will provide a basis for participating in the national nutritionist qualification examination. Those who pass the national unified examination for nutritionist training shall be assessed according to the applicant's professional examination results, basic education, academic qualifications and relevant professional experience. Those who pass the examination will get the qualification certificate of dietitian issued by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health, and the professional level certificate of dietitian issued by China Nutrition Society. These certificates will provide a reliable basis for students to apply for employment.

Sixth, the charging standard

Assistant nutritionist (junior): 4,000 yuan/person

Nutritionist (intermediate): 6000 yuan/person

Registration fee, textbook fee, etc. : 200 yuan/person.

Note: The training fee for full members of Jiangsu Nutrition Society can be discounted by 10% (with membership card).

The training fee for college students can be discounted by 10% (with student ID card).

Seven. Form of running a class

Weekend classes: classes are held all day on Saturday and Sunday.

② ID card or household registration book: original and two A4 copies;
