4, put forward opinions on the draft laws, regulations and rules, and put forward judicial suggestions on the problems found in the trial of the case;

5. Responsible for ideological education, recognition and reward, and cadre education and training in our hospital; Manage judges, executors, clerks, judicial police and judicial administrative personnel according to the management authority of cadres;

6, leading the supervision of our hospital;

7. Management of funds, materials and equipment;

8. Publicize the legal system in business work, educate citizens to be loyal to the socialist motherland, and consciously abide by the Constitution, laws and social ethics;

The basic people's court consists of a president, vice presidents and judges, and consists of a criminal court, a civil court and an economic court, with a president and a vice president.
