Before attending the training, I received a phone call from Jianfeng College in Ningbo and asked me how tall I was. I was surprised at the time. I thought this height and study and training were two different things, and I didn't know what the other person was asking. But when I got to school, I understood. At that time, we took a group photo of the whole class, and the school sorted it out according to the height data we provided in advance, which made the whole photo taking process very efficient and orderly, and the photos were also very beautiful. This is the first time I personally feel the importance of detail management.

Since then, no matter the dormitory management or classroom service, the school has put forward the management requirements of "five S" (referring to "sorting", "rectifying", "cleaning", "cleanliness" and "literacy") for each of our students. We are required to put all kinds of daily necessities in designated positions and forms, whether in study or in daily life, even small things like towels and toothbrushes should be placed in a unified and orderly manner. I am deeply touched by this kind of refined management.

From this, I can't help but think of the competition between Ronghua Chicken and KFC in the early 1990s. After KFC entered Shanghai, Shanghai Xinya Group once launched "Ronghua Chicken" to confront it. 1994, Ronghua Chicken opened its first branch in Beijing, and claimed: "I will drive wherever KFC drives!" However, nearly 20 years later, KFC has spread all over China, but Ronghua Chicken has disappeared. The reason is lost in detail management.

The real advantage of KFC lies in the strict management system behind its products. KFC has strict quality standards and norms in procurement, production and service. Including the efficiency and quality of the distribution system, the exact weight of each seasoning and the minute and second limit of cooking time, there are strict regulations. All Chinese fast food, including Ronghua Chicken, often ignores this detail, which is also an important reason for Ronghua Chicken's failure in Maicheng.

The community work I am engaged in is a direct face-to-face contact with the masses, and it is an industry that serves the masses. It is by accepting our services that the masses can enhance and deepen their understanding of us. If we can provide comfortable and satisfactory services to the masses, and such services should not only be targeted, but also pay attention to service details, attach importance to small things, and do small things thoroughly. The following tasks must be completed:

First, work hard. There is a saying: you can do things well only if you are serious, and you can do things well only if you work hard. Community work is mostly the repetition of trivial, complex and trivial things. When these things are done well, they may not achieve anything, but once they are done badly or badly, they will bring some negative effects. For example, if residents come to work in the community, if we treat them with a caring attitude, it will definitely cause residents' dissatisfaction and leave a bad impression on them; And if we ask the residents what help they need with a positive attitude and smile, it will be easy to win the goodwill of the residents. Only if you work hard will you do things with your heart. Only by working hard can we be dedicated, dedicated, sincere, do things well and succeed.

Second, have a sense of responsibility. In real life, the details are always around us, but they need our careful observation and discovery. This requires a high sense of responsibility. Without a high sense of responsibility, I can't see the details; Even if you see the details, you can't do it. With a sense of responsibility, you will settle down and do everything well.

Third, be good at learning. Learning can strengthen detail service. For example, in communication with residents, the ability to communicate with residents can be improved; In the book, we can learn new policies and regulations and improve our business skills and quality; From leaders, we can learn the ability to look at problems from all angles, enhance our understanding of the overall situation and improve our execution. Only by continuous learning can we keep the habit of thinking, avoid falling into the misunderstanding that we can only see the trees but not the forest, so that we can constantly discover the details, improve the detail service, improve the service quality, and at the same time improve our own quality to make ourselves more suitable for the requirements of the post.
