Four-level evaluation system of training development effect
A: (1) reaction evaluation.

Response evaluation is the first-level assessment, that is, at the end of the course, to understand the students' subjective feelings or satisfaction with the training program.

(2) Learning assessment.

Learning evaluation is a secondary evaluation, which focuses on the measurement of learning effect, that is, evaluating the trainees' gains in knowledge, skills, attitudes or behaviors.

(3) Behavior evaluation

Behavior evaluation is mainly to evaluate how much the behavior of students has changed at work. Behavior evaluation mainly includes observation, supervisor evaluation, customer evaluation, colleague evaluation and other methods.

(4) Evaluation of results

The result evaluation is a four-level evaluation, which examines measurable indicators such as quality, quantity, safety, sales, cost, profit and return on investment, and compares them with those before training to judge the transformation of training results.
