Network innovation training course is the abbreviation of network entrepreneurship training course. The network entrepreneurship training (TSPS) project was established on 20 13 under the guidance of Hangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and invited domestic experts in entrepreneurship education, e-commerce and other fields to develop the network entrepreneurship training (TSPS) project and enter the comprehensive pilot stage.

In 20 15, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China employment training technical guidance center organized experts to evaluate and demonstrate the project on the basis of Hangzhou standard, and formulated the national standard of online innovative training project, which was approved by 20 1 1 in 2005, and formally included the online innovative training project into the technical standard category of national entrepreneurship training project.
