What training is there during the probation period?

The employing unit shall incorporate the dual-use personnel training into its personnel training plan and organize and implement it in a unified way.

Training includes pre-job training, on-the-job training, professional training and military training.

1. Pre-job training

We mainly carry out education on the nature and purpose of our army, fine traditional education, education on the basic duties of civilian personnel, study of military rules and regulations and basic business training before taking up their posts, and strive to improve the basic quality and post-holding ability of military civilian personnel to adapt to military work. Pre-job training time is not less than 30 days.

2. In-service training

Mainly carry out business knowledge learning and skills training, and strive to improve the performance of military and civilian personnel. The first induction training is conducted during the probation period, and the on-the-job training is organized by the employer.

3. Professional training

Mainly carry out professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills training, focusing on improving the academic level and professional quality of military and civilian personnel. Professional training is generally organized by the employer.

4. Military training

Mainly carry out military skills training and military service related to the performance of military and civilian duties, and strive to improve the ability of military and civilian personnel to carry out operations and deal with emergencies. Military training is generally organized by employers or military academies and training institutions.
