Through regular education and training of laboratory staff, the ability of laboratory staff is continuously maintained, and the credibility of laboratory staff in terms of ability, impartiality, judgment and work honesty is ensured. Ensure that the quality and technical activities of our laboratory meet the requirements of CNAS-CL0 1: 20xx "Accreditation Standards for Testing and Calibration Laboratories".

2. Scope

It is suitable for laboratory personnel education, quality system training and testing skills training.

3. Responsibility

3. 1 The personnel in each post must ensure the authenticity of the results without any external pressure and influence.

3.2 The director is responsible for implementing this procedure and approving the annual training plan of the laboratory.

3.3 The manager is responsible for compiling the "job responsibilities" of each rank according to the organization chart of the laboratory, and the laboratory recruits personnel according to the requirements of the "job responsibilities".

3.4 The technical director is responsible for organizing and determining the training needs and objectives of laboratory personnel, making training plans and organizing their implementation. Responsible for organizing the training of detection technology;

4. Procedures

4. 1 At the end of each year, the quality director and the technical director collect the training needs of laboratory personnel in management system and testing technology respectively, and at the beginning of the year, an "annual training plan" is formulated according to the actual work situation and submitted to the laboratory manager for review. The laboratory manager will supplement the training plan according to the proposed training needs and the needs of the current and future business development of the laboratory, and the annual training plan for laboratory personnel will be implemented after the approval of the director.

4.2 When determining the training content, it should mainly include the following contents according to the needs of the work:

(1) Contents of laws, regulations and policy documents related to testing technology, product standards, data processing, measurement uncertainty evaluation and product quality;

(2) The contents of management system documents such as quality manuals and program documents;

(3) the content of employees' ability, impartiality, judgment and work honesty.

(4) fire control knowledge, mechanical operation safety, electricity safety, protection and rescue knowledge;

(five) computer application and professional foreign language training content.

4.3 Training methods should be comprehensively considered according to the content, number of people, effect, training cost and other factors, including training courses or seminars organized by the laboratory itself, participation in training courses or seminars of other units, visits and personal counseling skills, etc. The training related to testing is organized by the technical director and quality director related to the laboratory management system. The training task of corrective personnel can be arranged temporarily. After the training, record the training evaluation results in the Training Evaluation Registration Form.

4.4 When new testing items or new contents are added due to standard revision, corresponding work instructions shall be prepared in time, and the personnel engaged in testing items shall be trained, and the testing work can only be carried out after passing the examination.

4.5 New laboratory personnel should receive pre-job training, and the training content should be carried out according to the requirements of 4.2, and they can only take up their posts after passing the examination;

4.5. 1.3 The laboratory manager should always educate all laboratory staff to ensure that laboratory staff do not participate in business activities related to laboratory work and service content; Ensure that the work of laboratory staff will not be affected by financial problems. If the laboratory staff are found to have these bad behaviors, the laboratory manager should immediately report to the director, immediately stop or adjust their posts, and try to recover the impact on customers (if any) in time.

4.5. 1.4 laboratory managers and staff should consciously abide by and implement the requirements of the laboratory quality manual. The director supervises the management behavior of the laboratory manager; The laboratory manager is responsible for supervising the work behavior, technical operation ability and work quality of specific staff; If anyone is found to have violated the regulations, he should immediately report to his superiors.

4.5. 1.5 The laboratory manager is responsible for investigating the bad behavior of employees. According to the investigation results, the offenders should stop working, adjust their posts and report to the director. The supervisor will take the final administrative measures against employees' violations. If it is found that the bad behavior of laboratory staff has affected customers, the laboratory director also has the responsibility to recover the impact on customers. The laboratory manager should record the results of dealing with employees' bad behavior.

4.5. 1.6 The training plan and implementation records shall be filed by the document manager; For managers, technicians and key support personnel related to testing, the document and information administrator is responsible for establishing "personnel files", including training and assessment records, authorized employment documents, academic certificates and qualification certificates.
