Today, on behalf of the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Literature and Art, the Academic Center and the Science and Technology Innovation Association, I would like to introduce the work of these departments to you. Looking at the sports department, the literature and art department, the academic center and the science and technology innovation association I just mentioned, students who have a certain understanding of the student union may find that there are similarities between these departments, that is, their main job every semester is to hold various activities, such as the welcome basketball game, the welcome party and the welcome debate competition. Holding activities is the theme of our department, but what is the significance of our holding activities? You can also put it another way: What is the starting point of our activities? This question is the first aspect I want to talk about today. Everyone has just stepped into the university gate. I hope everyone can correctly realize that this is a school and we are students! Learning is still our top priority now. Therefore, the fundamental starting point of our activities is to enrich everyone's life, assist everyone in learning and serve everyone in learning. So first of all, we should consider whether to hold activities for a period of time and what kind of activities to hold. The motivation of holding activities is to stimulate students' learning and let them relax properly after studying, so the activities we hold cannot conflict with students' learning. This is the first thing we should consider, and it is also the principle that we should always adhere to in the process of holding activities. Therefore, the second point I want to talk about below, the "activity schedule", is standard. Let me give you a simple example of the activity schedule: this year, the Sports Department welcomed the basketball game schedule to be arranged on weekends, while a large part of our schedule last year was arranged from Monday to Friday, which means that as long as both sides of the game didn't have culture classes at the same time, we played the game last year! What are the consequences of this arrangement? As a result, classes with competition arrangements show obvious impetuous mood in the course of one day's study! This goes against our original intention of holding a welcome basketball game and affects everyone's study. Therefore, this year, the Ministry of Sports will arrange all the welcome basketball games on weekends. I hope that everyone can concentrate on their studies and relax when they relax, so as to avoid causing obvious impetuous emotions. So as not to lose the significance of holding activities. Now, if we arrange activities, what shall we do? This is the third point I want to talk about today, and it is also the focus I want to talk about today! It is the planning, notification and organization of activities. These tasks are also the most common problems that everyone will face in the future work of the Student Union. On September 17, when I was interviewed in the Department of Physical Education, I saw that a classmate's resume said "Strong adaptability", so I asked him this question: "Do you think it is important to plan before an activity or to be adaptable during the activity?" The answer he gave me was: "Adaptability is very important". I didn't comment on his answer immediately, but when I finally let him go, I said to him, "I'll give you my personal opinion." I think it's most important to plan well in advance, and consider all possible problems in an activity before the activity. Then if there are similar questions in the activity, we can respond better, and then we can highlight your response. The strength of toughness is actually based on careful planning, so the planning of an activity plays a key role in the quality of an activity. Therefore, the planning work must be meticulous, gather the thoughts of all the people in the whole department, and take all the problems that need our consideration into account, so as to better cope with all kinds of emergencies on the day of the event and ensure the smooth progress of the event. After planning the activity, what we need to consider next is how to motivate the students to participate in the activity and let them participate in our activity with higher enthusiasm, which highlights the importance of our activity notice. Notifying everyone of the activities of each department requires more than an attractive poster and a prominent written notice! In my opinion, it is very important to create an attractive atmosphere for an activity. However, there is still a problem. No more than 65,438+00 employees in each department. How can so few people create such an attractive atmosphere among more than 400 people? I'll tell you a data: our student union has 1 1 departments, and each department has 9~ 10 members, except one department has 8 members. Then, in this way, there are more than 100 freshmen in the student union, accounting for a quarter of the whole grade. What a huge team this is. At this point, you should understand what I mean. Although there are differences between departments, the student union will always be a whole! So when I say creating an atmosphere, I don't just mean the members of the departments who hold activities, but I hope all members of the Student Union can actively publicize the activities held by various departments of the Student Union, so that every activity held by each department can create a better atmosphere among students, let more people participate in the activities we hold, and let students have more opportunities to relax themselves, thus reflecting the significance of our activities. Then when we made the planning and notification wholeheartedly, and the students came to our activity site with full enthusiasm, then this time we put forward higher requirements for our organizational work! Because we have done a lot of publicity work among our classmates, we are also making a promise to our classmates! Doing a good job in organizing activities is to fulfill the promise of our student union to our classmates. How can we do a good job in organizing activities? This requires us to make detailed work arrangements for the activities before the activities, and absolutely ensure the unity within the department. The detailed work arrangement of the activities needs the joint efforts of a United team, so we must conscientiously do a good job of unity within and between departments, so that our work will get twice the result with half the effort. Only in this way can we organize an activity so that the students who participate in the activity can get real relaxation and entertainment, and we can be worthy of the publicity we did before the activity and present a high-level and high-quality activity to the students. Fourth, the activities organized by our department will not end with a whistle, and we still need to do a very important job, that is, summarize the activities. There will be gains and losses in every activity organized by each department. Based on the long-term development vision, these gains and losses should be archived after discussion within the department, leaving valuable experience and wealth for future activities! We come to the student union to exercise ourselves and learn things, and the last link of this activity is only a link for us to improve ourselves! From this, we can see the shortcomings we have considered, and we can also see the highlights of our amazing innovation! So don't ignore it!
