(3) Examination and certification
1. Fill in the examination application form: the applicant or the applicant's unit holds the academic certificate or the training certificate issued by the training institution, and applies to the examination issuing authority or its entrusted unit where the applicant's domicile or employment is located.
2. Arrange the exam: After receiving the application, the relevant units will generally arrange the exam within 60 days.
3. Examination content: The special operation qualification examination includes two parts: the safety technology theory examination and the practical operation examination. If you fail the exam, you have to make up the exam. If you still fail in the make-up exam, you will re-participate in the training.
4. Publish the test results: The relevant units will publish the test results within 10 working days after the test.
5. Handling the special operation certificate: When handling the special operation certificate, the relevant units need to submit a copy of ID card, a copy of academic certificate, a physical examination certificate, an examination certificate and other materials.
6. Examination: The examination and issuing authority that receives the application shall complete the examination of the application materials within 5 working days, make a decision on acceptance or rejection, and notify it in time.
7. Examination and certification: Examination and certification authorities shall complete examination and certification of accepted applications within 20 working days. Pass the examination and issue a special operation certificate; If the audit is unqualified, the reasons shall be explained.

Special operations personnel shall meet the following conditions:
