How to do a good job in school-based research
Zhan Shi 'an's school-based research is a research activity aimed at school teachers and schools, which should include the selection of content, the arrangement of time and the determination of methods. The purpose of school-based research is to solve the problems existing in teachers' education and teaching in our school, build a platform for teachers' better and faster development, and thus promote the better and faster development of school teaching and teachers. How to promote school-based research? First of all, we use the current "information technology" to set up training teams according to academic year groups or teaching and research groups to prepare lessons online. The school publishes seminars on the website every week, and all teachers reply to participate. Network has now become a medium for all teachers to improve their theory and practice. Carry out "grass-roots" school-based training and carry out "topic-learning-practice-reflection-discussion-re-practice". According to the problems encountered in teachers' teaching practice, the school puts forward the topics for discussion, requiring teachers to learn relevant theories, practice and reflect on teaching by themselves. This kind of school-based research makes teachers have something to say and makes school-based training really "live". Focusing on the reform and innovation of classroom teaching, focusing on "how to revitalize classroom teaching", through case analysis and teaching sentiment, teachers' learning gains are formed into a collection, so that teachers can cultivate their own minds through school-based research. Secondly, we also adopted the way of "different groups interact and cooperate with each other to prepare lessons", studying the combination of different grades but the same content, and realizing the communication between teachers through the connection between lower grades and higher grades, so that teachers can better understand and use the teaching materials and interpret the collective wisdom as individual classroom teaching methods. At the same time, the "Young Teachers' Reading Alliance" was established to organize young teachers, and members of the alliance were organized to carry out research activities through individual study, group communication, special lectures and lesson discussion. In addition, we also actively carry out school-based research based on "our model", give full play to the role of famous teachers in demonstrating, leading and radiating, and build a platform for teachers' professional development. At the same time, using the reading activity of "studying famous books and creating a scholarly campus", the school has successively carried out reading exchange activities such as "letting classics enter the campus and making reading a habit", "bathing scholarly life and building a scholarly campus" and "short stories and great wisdom". In addition to reading the recommended required books, teachers also choose their own bibliographies based on their own needs and actively express their opinions at the reading report meeting. Reading improves teachers' humanistic quality, and reading improves teachers' teaching ability. School-based research advocates group cooperation and opposes individual heroism. Teachers' organizations such as teaching and research groups and lesson preparation groups have the responsibility to urge teachers to learn and cultivate their growth. Teaching and research groups and lesson preparation groups should fully tap the backbone of the group and let them play a leading role.
